Hands down, Rob is the best person I’ve had cut my hair. Once you sit down in the chair, you’ll see how obvious his talent and skills really are. I can have difficulty articulating how I want my hair cut, but Rob is really attentive and trustworthy. The salon is a small space, but never awkward — Rob (and the other stylists that rent chairs) is super friendly. I can only go on so much before I repeat myself — highly recommended!

Rob is a great guy and an exceptional hair stylist. I’ve never really known what I was doing with my hair and he is great at taking as little or as much direction as you want to provide to give you a great hair cut that leaves you feeling like a new person. I’ve been going here for a few months now and can’t even imagine going anywhere else now. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking.

I’ve been coming to Rob Fuentes at the lux Bleu 52 salon for 4 years. He’s been doing my hair for close to 10 years.
I’m in entertainment and he keeps me looking camera ready at all times. He does THE most amazing hair cuts and natural looking highlights. The ambience at his salon is like being wrapped inside of your own, cozy Tiffany jewelry box. He also does a great job with my teenage daughters hair-​he does it all!

Found Rob of Bleu 52 on Unilocal and couldn’t be happier with him. I have straight/​wavy hair and wanted to try the swept back look, long on top, short on the sides/​back. Unfortunately, the longer my hair got on top, the more unruly it became. I was about at the point where I thought I’d just give up and cut it all off. Then Rob did a keratin treatment for me and it completely transformed my hair. It is now nice and straight. Beyond that, it is softer and so much more manageable. All I have to do is shower, put in a little product, and my hair looks perfect. In addition, Rob cut the sides and back differently than I was having it cut before and it’s a huge improvement. I will definitely will be sticking with Rob!

Rob it seriously the most amazing thing on this planet. I’ve never in my life been as happy with my hair after he did it. He took me from a warm light brown to a beautiful dark brown/​ash blonde ombré. It was exactly what I wanted!!! I’m never going anywhere else again.
The salon is such a cute intimate area! Rob is so sweet and so much fun to talk to it made the 4 hours I was in his chair go by like it was nothing.
If you want beautiful hair done by a beautiful person, book your appointment asap!

Rob has been coloring my hair for over 15 years and I would never let anyone else touch it! He has taken me «back to natural» as we like to say, giving me amazing blonde highlights that grow out in the best possible way. Whenever I get a blowout for work or a special event, stylists always ask «Who does your hair?»
I trust Rob completely and cannot recommend him highly enough!

I was looking to do something risky and different, I had noticed a lot of guys doing the gray hair color and wanted to give it shot… I did some research on salons in the LA area and came upon Bleu52 Salon, all the reviews were positive and 5 stars… So I gave a call and spoke with Rob and he was very easy going and confident that he could give me the look I was wanting to achieve. We set up my appointment for the very next day.
Let me tell you, I was really nervous however,
Rob was very professional and respectful, and did an awesome job on giving me the look I wanted! If you are looking for an awesome cut and color, don’t pass this Salon up!

Rob is simply amazing! After an attempt to have my hair lightened for a different look since I never have changed my hair color, this particular hair salon pretty much turned my hair from dark brown to a light brown hair when red all through it. Not to mention my scalp had an allergic reaction to the PPd and ammonia in the hair dye product. Rob not only reversed the situation and took the red out an back to my natural color with ammonia free product he gave me an awesome cut that I had been trying to get for a year an no one could do. Every time I’m in la I will head straight here for my cuts! He also had some great products to keep my hair strong an dandruff free! All organic! Go here for your cuts, you won’t be disappointed!

I went to Rob to fulfill on a dream I’ve always had but never did… I wanted to dye my hair Blonde! I’ve got dark hair and didn’t know how it would look on me. Rob not only assured me that it was going to look good, but he comforted my nerves since this was my first time dying my hair in this way. After my initial freak out that my hair was now blonde and my dream was fulfilled, I began to agree with Rob… I looked damn sexy!

Was going to be in LA for the weekend, and needed a stylist that knew how to work with men’s long hair. After reading about Rob, I called and explained that I wanted to keep my hair long, but needed something done that would let me manage it without just covering it up with a hat #oceanbreezes
Rob made time for me on a Saturday, and I left with the best haircut of my life. My wife was amazed, and when we got back to Austin I had lots of people asking me where I got my hair done. When I told them about Rob in LA, they were all disappointed that he wasn’t available locally.
If you need someone who will take the time to look at your specific needs, hair, shape of your face, etc, and work with you on a style that will make you look your best, give Rob a call. Trust him and you will not be disappointed.

This hairdresser is fabulous!!! And I am particular. Rob does amazing
color and cuts. I drive an hour to have him do my hair but so worth it.
Rob picks the right highlights for my face. He also cuts my two
teenage boys’ hair. I have never found anyone better. Definitely worth the money, drive and time. Excellent work!

Most of us have anxiety when searching for a new stylist. I certainly did but Rob is amazing — I discovered him at a blow dry bar forever ago when I was going thru a hair transformation. He informed me he had his own salon too and would be happy to help me. I was nursing an awful cut from someone else, that he fixed with ease. I haven’t looked back and Rob has been cutting my super curly hair ever since.
I always leave him with my sassy straight locks ready for a fun night out!
So excited for him that he’s gotten the amazing experience to work in the entertainment industry for celebs on TV and wishing him the best! As long as he doesn’t stop cutting MY hair!
He goes back and forth from LA to NY helping out his clients on a regular basis. He even reminds you when it’s time for a trim and touch up! LOVE HIM!

Autumn likes cutting. Ok let me rephrase without sounding like she has issues. And make a confession too. I admit I’ve been cheating on Dry Bar with Autumn. Yes I am been serviced elsewhere. There I said it. But the girl is *stellar* at cuts and even better with her styling. Plus no use of irons (as in curling or straightening) — just a roller brush for blowouts. I am all for innovative as well as non-​fried hair.
I haven’t tried her for color services but she understands busy and is really flexible with scheduling. She pays attention to detail and is meticulous. She’s bold, likes to try new things, doesn’t oversell herself, won’t make you overcommit and tells you straight how it is. She’s like a dream date — for hair styling!
