First time ordering a pizza from this place.
The meat lovers pizza was good (just a little bit salty). It arrived still warm. The delivery on time

Be very careful with your food. I found a metal wire in my sandwich and can not imagine the damage that would have occured if I was less careful. I called the business and the manager didnt even say sorry and only wanted the sandwich back and was going to send me a new one without fries which was in my original order. So I had to explain why I just want my original order correctly not just half of it since its not my fault that it was wrong!

Ordered 2 Giant Slices with Mushroom and Cheese fries for delivery one night. everything came right on time and tasted fresh right out of the box. However, they forgot the mushrooms on our pizza. I called and they immediately sent out their driver with the correct order. Both pizzas were extremely fresh, not TOO greasy (I mean c’mon, it’s pizza we’re talking about) and the driver apologized for the mistake. Honest mistake here, it happens. As for the pizza, the mozzarella was fresh, sauce was robust, and had a nice cheese-​to-​sauce ratio. As for the fries, they were well-​seasoned and also had mozzarella on them. I felt like the fries could have had something extra added to them, maybe a different cheese, some garlic? They have tons of toppings there and can definitely experiment. Food was great and I knew I wasn’t getting «gourmet» pizza when I was ordering — your typical pizza joint in the area that knows what it’s doing! Knocked off two stars for their mistake. Excellent customer service throughout and they immediately admitted fault when we called.

I eat their pizza way too much. And a lot of it at once. It is SO GOOD. I haven’t tried any of the other locations, but I like this one!

They have a very good gluten-​free crust, available as a large rectangular pizza (12×16) or by the slice. Consistently cooked just right, it’s thin and crispy – but as chewy as you’d want regular crust to be. Their red sauce is dynamite; the white sauce is less interesting. They nail the topping to cheese to sauce ratios. Service is quick and no-​nonsense. Definitely recommend.

I go here all the time. Very reliable group of guys running it. I think one thing that’s super important is consistency and everytime I go there I get exactly the quality of pizza that I like.

Everyone here is very nice and the pizza is great and so are the salads, I generally pick up and the pizza is fresh, we ordered a large order one time and by the time the pizza was delivered the cray was soft and no longer crunchy, so I would recommend picking up

I walked in this place after reading the A-​OK reviews on Unilocal,the guy who took my order didn’t know how to speak English nor did the other Russian guy I ordered a pizza and sat there waiting for my order to be ready and I couldn’t believe my eyes the owner of this place took the pizza boxes out of the trash and reused them: O DISGUSTING this place needs to be reported to the health department ASAP!!! I threw out the pizza (which was super soggy and wet, not even cooked right) after witnessing such a thing and walked out thinking how this business is still open! I HOPE EVERYONE GETS TO SEE THIS REVIEW AND STAYS AWAY FOR THEIR OWN HEALTH PURPOSES!!! If Unilocal allowed 0 stars that would be what I give this place.

It’s just not good pizza and made me a little nauseas. For NY style pizza go to Mulberry Street.

Flat, crispy crust, big slice, like you’d expect.

Can never go wrong with BMP! I dig how this spot is smaller compared to the other locations. Excellent food & service as usual here. Thumbs up to this West LA location.

there is no way that it is legal for them to make such big pizza slices like let me just tell you that these pizza slices are huge they are the size of many small pizza slices combined into one master pizza slice and one time i got the big pizza and it is all of these giant slices put together into a pizza supernova and then i am somehow expected to eat it and like most other situations in my life i found myself unable to rise to the occasion and you could feel the disappointment lingering in the room also lingering in the room was the delicious smell of fresh italian sausage and mushrooms
the guy who cooks your pizza is very gruff and i don’t think it is nice to slam pens at people or roll your eyes or throw red pepper flakes i think it is very disrespectful shame on you

i never write reviews but this place is a rip off. I ordered a small pizza and asked to sub the sauce and they argued with me to do it, finally said yes. So when I received the pizza it was no the way i ordered and burned all the way around. The pizza was very dry and seriously over priced. i will never order from there again!

Godawful — wet, sticky crust, overly-​raw toppings. Gross. I REALLY DO NOT understand the ratings. People really do not understand that this place has horrible pizza. I gave them two more chances. The third time, my friend wanted to try it, as we live near by. Ugh. Not only is their pizza terrible, the staff are very rude and standoffish. Drive to ‘Village Pizza’ on Larchmont or, EVEN BETTER, go to ‘Pizzanista!’ downtown. Then, you will see what REALLY GREAT pizza is like.

First off, the staff is extremely friendly great people, restaurant is extra clean. We ordered the Alfredo pasta it was to die for great flavors reminded me of home. We also ordered the Philly cheese steak it was the most amazing one I’ve had in town. Best BIG MAMAS& PAPA’S HANDS DOWN. You won’t regret it.

I got an XL pizza split ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ with the Aros and Meat Lovers specialty selections. West Coasters may nit appreciate it, but def reminds me of authentic NY pizza! Delivery is too far to my area, but @Postmates picks up food orders from anywhere to anywhere (Use my code «mdks» and Get $ 10 towards your next delivery). Will def reorder from there. Oh, and be sure to sprinkle on the basil, parm and red chili flakes. Yum!

The best place for pizza, think crust style.
It’s really good to me I usually have to get 2 slices cause I’m fat like that hahah. Bomb! That’s why there’s gym. Gains gains gains! Pizza pizza pizza!!! They also have wheat crust so if you feel like cheating your diet a little make the crust wheat! Your good to go.

With so many choices for good pizza in Los Angeles, companies really should put the customer’s initial impression as their first priority.
I heard about BM&BP through a friend, and they mentioned the «free medium pizza» on your birthday perk. Having never had their pizza, I signed up since my birthday was right around the corner. On the big day, I tried to follow the online instructions. First on my phone… did not work. Then on my pc… did not work. Wasted 20 – 25 minutes just trying to order. Now, the coupon said «pick-​up only,» so I was anticipating driving over… especially before rush hour started, so I just decided to call.
The first guy I spoke with, Narek (remembered being close to my own), was awesome. I mentioned that the site wasn’t working, and I wanted to order the B-​Day pizza. As a courtesy (or so I thought), he asked if I wanted it delivered. I said, sure, if possible. I even mentioned I’d tip well and they could charge me for delivery. I DOUBLE CHECKED if this was okay, and proceeded to give him my credit card number. Alright, pizza in 45 coming up!
AFTER 45 minutes, I get a second call from a much ruder associate, who simply says, «yeah, your birthday pizza, it’s pick-​up only.» I explained my convo with Narek, to which he replied, «yeah, you’re not in my area.» So, I then ask, «well why did you wait until now to call me?» He replies, «I tried to call earlier, but no one answered.» This was a home line, not a cell… with caller ID! So, dude just straight up LIED to me. Wow. Then, after confronting him, he says, «well, are you coming on not?» To which I gave the proverbial finger and ended the call. It was past rush hour start, and I was no longer interested in trying their product.
Sorry, obviously can’t comment on taste, but if it is anything like their service, I’ll let the disappointment end there. Never had, and probably never will have BM&BP. Too many choices to deal with that.

My boyfriend and I live nearby, so we called in an order for a Greek Salad and a Penne Pasta with Shrimp (red sauce). The salad was so-​so, but the pasta dish was just bad — not much flavor and the 5 tiny mushy thawed out shrimp were like a bad joke. A pizza place that can’t make a decent pasta dish? Then don’t put those items on your menu. Overpriced AND it too way too long to be delivered after we ordered — at least an hour — and we’re not even a full block away.
We will NEVER order again from this establishment.

I was at the Oscars, and my friend Ellen was on stage with this guy from Big Mama’s I can tell you you the pizza smelled delicious; i remember the smell the most because I remarked at how I could smell it over Brad and Angelina’s respective perfumes. I could see the steam rising from the usual pizza box vents and as the funny talk show host ushered the delivery guy to the first few rows my mouth began to water. Two hours of no food was torture. Perhaps it was the hunger or perhaps it was and inexplicable «more» but the pizza seemed to glow. It came closer and the smell got stronger; i could feel the heat. But it was not my destiny to chow down on this godsend of a slice, it was Harrison Fords, which is who I saw as Ellen veered to the left and proceeded to feed Jared Leto’s mother. What else do you expect when you mingle with the stars?
Still it sure smelled real good.

Größe ist vielleicht nicht alles, aber schmecken tut es hier auch!
Nach unserem Urlaub gab es einen Bericht von Galileo/​Pro7 mit Jumbo Schreiner, den wir durch Zufall bei tappen eingeschaltet hatten.
Muss man mal gesehen haben!
