Art’s Hydro-Jetting

We used this company to Hydro-​jet our front lawn. His crew was very knowledgeable and they put a camera down and marked the front lawn in several problem areas with paint. We paid them $ 460.00 when they were finished.
However, Art, as the business owner is VERY unprofessional.
I had to call Art to ask for a bill as I need one to submit to the city for partial reimbursement. He sent me one that stated verbatim «Jet area drains from the back of the house towered the street remove roots and dirt after we jet we test all the lines system working fine at this time.» I again called Art (several times) and stated that the information on the bill was totally incorrect as his crew marked the areas on the lawn where the lines were completely clogged and did not drain. He said what he wrote on the bill was what his crew told him. I said that was not possible and to please contact his crew for the correct information. To date, I have not received a corrected bill so I was unable to submit it for reimbursement.

Contacted art on a referral from my Sewer inspector. He promptly sent his crew out the same day and were actually early! His crew was very informative and honest.

On a referral I called Art this morning and he came a few hours later! My 83 year old sewer line is shining like new after being blocked and cleaned every day for the past week. I got to watch the cleaning on the sewer cam. All the roots were blasted away and I’m so happy! I also paid $ 495 for approx 1 hr.

We needed a complete blockage and 40 feet of poopy water hydrojetting out at a new property after getting a sewer inspection. Art’s crew, including Art, showed up early and ready to work! Three guys in total. For the $ 495 fee, you get 2 hours of their time. They were done in about 45 minutes, showed me the area they blasted through on the camera to confirm and were merrily on their way. Problem solved, pipes look great and we’re happy! They are nice guys that can save you money in the long run in repiping or lining, or cleaning prior to lining — we were relieved to see that the pipe was ok after fearing the pipe may have collapsed or was cracked. Highly recommend!
