The Latino guy working the night shifts here is awesome. He is always on a good mood, restocking products in the free time and a couple of times he made a fresh batch of coffee for me.

One star isn’t low enough for the LOUSYCASHIERSTAFF, who have-been-there-done-that WAY too long. They’d rather lose a finger than price something, and often complain and sneer at reasonable requests and generally make this the worst 7 – 11 on record. Parking usually sucks too — only 3 spots in front, and 4 on a steep slope with massive speed bumps that could leave your transmission behind. Boo!

Unilocal’s 365 Review Challenge 2014 #210 — #365 Anyone remember watching the episode of, «The Simpson’s» when Apu and Homer are climbing a mountain. Then as soon as they reach the top, you see a Kwiki Mart? That’s what reminded me of this 7 – 11 because it’s situated on steep hill. Kinda reminds me of the hills San Francisco walking and walking that steep incline. This 7 – 11 is old and shows through the design 80’s — 90’s. The clerk that helped me was quiet and didn’t smile; he was more concerned of the customers in the back. I would be concerned too even working alone at night. The store was on the small side; at least I got what I needed. Nothing great over here, this is just your typical convenience store located on a steep hill.

As 7/11’s go this one is basically no different than any other. This 7⁄11 is located on the corner N. La Cienega Blvd & Santa Monica Blvd. The parking lot for this 7⁄11 is on a steep hill and you better make sure your parking brake is working GREAT before parking here. Anyone who knows this area knows that finding a parking lot where you can simply park, not be harassed by a security guard when all you want to do is stretch your legs or get water is hard to find, so it is nice to know this 7⁄11 exists. I will warn you the parking lot is disgusting and littered with garbage and who knows what. I used to frequent this 7⁄11 often when in uniform and working for the City. This location was always friendly to those in uniform=) This 7⁄11 however attracts a heavy transient population from the surrounding area. It does not matter the time of day or night you visit this location you will be approached and asked for the money. Inside of this 7⁄11 is no different from the outside; it smells like a transient and is quite dirty. If you are coming here with a case of the munchies I would say stick to this that are in a vacuum sealed bag or simply go with my plan buy water, lottery and/or ice cream only. I know how to get around this City while avoiding the freeway’s day or night and I often find myself driving up and down La Cienega Blvd. When I force myself to drive into the CITY I will often stop by this spot for the above mentioned reasons. I have found the staff working here on several visits to be friendly even though no matter how often they see your face they will never allow you to use to the bathroom. Even with the above mentioned complaints I will still continue to frequent this establishment.

I dont know who reads Unilocal reviews on 7 – 11 but if you’re reading this then I just want to tell you that this 7 – 11 family is the most authentic, caring amazing team you’ll ever find. I have lived next to this store for nearly 20 years and for as about as long of time there has been one employee who has been consistently professional and upbeat no matter what time of day you go in there. Enrique Valencia strives to make each visit your best visit yet. He makes his way to find yo uand say hello, ask about the family and refer me to any new item or promotion in the store. In nearly 20 years I have never walked in this store without him greeting with a big huge smile and«hello». All of the team members are wonderful. Enrique goes above and beyond the effort to make an every day mundane errand into a memorable moment. He’s a good kid and I feel like we’ve grown up together we met when we were in our early 20s and now… well. 20 years later here we are. So awesome! When you go to this store say hi to Enrique and you’ve made an instant friend for life!

The only reason this particular 7-Eleven gets 2 stars instead of one is the fact I buy my cigarettes here. Besides that this 7 – 11 is poorly stocked. There coffee is terrible, they have a limited selection of drinks. I can’t be positive but almost certain that I got food poising from one of their breakfast burritos. Also very crowded at night. If your not buying smokes then i suggest you go to the cvs right down the street.

Parking lot is awkward, lots of people, just a pit stop for a Saturday night.

As 7−11s go, this is a pretty standard store. The cashiers are pleasant and the basics are all there. The slurpee machines and iced coffee are usually filled and working and the hot items are almost always filled and fresh. Parking is a bit limited but I think that’s pretty standard for most places in LA.
