I would like to express how great the floral department is. Bryan is always there and on top of everything and is there when you need him. He is great at arranging flowers and making them look decorative. So thank you Bryan and the floral department.

Place is great! Panda Express is closed. No idea what happened?

I shop here all the time and I have no complaints! Staff is friendly, the store is organized, and it’s a one stop shop for everything I need. It’s a bit pricey but worth it for its location. Would definitely recommended to anyone west of platt looking for a convenient super market.

Pavillions is now one of the best grocery stores in the area. Liked Albertson’s on Victory but it closed. Pavillions is an upscale Vons brand. This location is actually really good. The entire front area beyond the cash registers is produce and the selection is sizable. There are organic options that I tend to avoid. Looking beyond the produce is a Panda Express location. Yes, it seems odd that there’s a fast food counter inside a grocery store full of mostly healthy food that you can prepare yourself for less. But apparently there are people who can’t get enough of Panda Express and can’t go to the one in the Fallbrook Center. All the other food selection seems fairly industry standard. If we want ice cream, there’s plenty. Chips, right nearby with the cookies. The employees are always friendly and helpful. They have baggers which I appreciate because supermarkets are moving away from them and having you bag your food.

This is my neighborhood grocery store and I frequent here 1 – 2 times per week for all my necessities. I love that they have a good variety of organic products, staff is friendly and lots of self checkout registers. I only reduce 1 star because they don’t have some of the basics that I get from Ralph’s. Other than that, this is my go to for 90% of the goods that I need.

Pavilions is the closest grocery store to my house, so I spend a lot of time here. There are some good things about it and some not so good things about it. I feel like they’re making an effort to improve the shopping experience for their customers. They’ve even invested in shiny new shopping baskets. When was the last time you saw a grocery store buy new shopping baskets? In fact, I like that they have shopping basket receptacles all over the parking lot. It’s a pet peeve of mine when people leave their shopping baskets willy nilly all over the place. I’ve spent a lot of money fixing dents from evil, runaway carts. But I digress. I like that they’ve invested in upgrading their produce. They have a lot of organic choices and they even stock hard to find produce. You can even buy quail eggs there. I’m not sure Whole Foods has quail eggs. They also have a huge flower/gift area and the cost of the flowers is quite reasonable. When I can’t make it to the Calabasas Farmer’s Market, I often buy flowers from Pavilions because they’re rather affordable. They also have a great selection of Belgian beers… that’s big! They really do need to improve their butcher area though. I can’t tell you how many times, I’ve stood and waited for five or more minutes for a human to show up and help me with butchered meat or fish. It wouldn’t be so frustrating if they had a bell you could ring to get their attention. I’ve mentioned it a couple of times to the gals at the register. We’ll see if they take it to heart. There’s also a constant barrage of phone calls that come in EVERYTIMEYOU’RETHERE. «Dairy department please dial 2 — 9 — 1.» and this goes on and on and on and on and on… the entire your time you’re shopping. That doesn’t happen in any other grocery store I shop in. Can you find another way to transfer your calls? Relatively good shopping experience… that’s why I don’t venture down to Ralph’s any more.
