So, yeah, working out with Adam is really cool, like everyone is saying. So much of this is mental – it’s really about the mind overcoming the limitations of the body and allowing the body to do what it’s being asked to do. If you go to this bootcamp, prepare yourself to give 100%, prepare yourself to trust that Adam knows what he’s doing and sees you as way more than just another body at boot camp. It’s taken me nearly two years to finally decide to(and be physically able to) give 100% to every exercise that we do. I do sometimes fall short, but it’s more of a mental attitude than anything else. And in that decision, I begin to see the kind of results I’ve been looking for, and I see just how good a trainer Adam is. You won’t regret hanging out at this boot camp.

I have tried many different types of workout methods, including step aerobics, treadmills, free weights, Gazelle Glider, yoga, workout videos, and many others. I have also bought a plethora of As Seen On TV products to get into shape. I always either got bored or quit because I didn’t the results I wanted quick enough. But nothing, and I mean NOTHING has compared to or gotten me the results as Adam Martin’s boot camp! Adam has a gift of knowing exactly the right combination of exercises and level of difficulty to bring out the best in each person he trains. He modifies every workout to the needs of his clients and is extremely knowledgeable about fitness, health, and well being. He believes in building up the mind as well as the body and helps his clients to change their mindset about the way they view themselves through encouragement, setting goals, and challenging workouts that will push you beyond any limits you thought you had. When I started with Adam 7 months ago, I struggled with almost every exercise and I had a very negative view of myself and not a lot of confidence. Now I find myself wanting the challenge of each workout, I look forward to going each day, and I walk much taller with my head held high. I have also struggled with several physical difficulties that Adam has helped me work through. Now they are manageable and don’t hinder me the way they did before. I have gone down an entire dress size and have muscles where I didn’t know they could exist! I feel great and am more active! I love being part of a fitness program that nourishes the mind, body, and spirit in an outdoor setting with a trainer that is dedicated to helping me be the person I’ve always dreamed about becoming but didn’t have the tools, support, or confidence to achieve.

After many failed attempts at weight loss, including surgery, I finally found a program that works! Adam’s boot camp combines the great outdoors with training that is never boring and always challenging! What’s great about Adam is that he will meet you at your current fitness level to start. He will then encourage you to push yourself to a level you never thought possible… and then encourage you to go BEYOND even that! When I joined last spring, I could barely walk the mall! Now I am training to climb Mt. Whitney! I never thought I would exercise on a regular basis. I never dreamed I would be hiking instead of sitting in front of the TV. However, after 15 months in Adam’s boot camp and an 85 pound weight loss, I am outside and living the healthy lifestyle I always wanted!
