Energypros insulated my house and left the house looking so bad I had to repaint it. They put a tankless water heater on the roof that took almost a year to get working, that works some of the time and leaves my roof wet all the time. They have bad customer service. I was called a mental case in the beginning when I complained about being charged $ 19,000 before any work was done, other than ruining the outside of the house. And they just hung up on me because I’m upset that they didn’t put a hose to drain the water to the gutter with words to the effect of, don’t tell me how to do my job. Bad, bad customer service. And they took 9 months to do a job that shouldn’t take anything near that time. I highly recommend that you use a different company than theirs.
They had an unlicensed electrician do the plumbing. That was part of the problem.
