Stay Away!!! I was threatened to not get my delivery and lose my deposit. If you’re looking for a local party rental supply store, this is not it. They say they’re located in Long Island but they are in Brooklyn. Totally unprofessional owner, laughing and giggling throughout the conversation. She threatened that they will not make the delivery and I will lose my deposit. She will hide behind her contract and threaten you with no delivery. I’m very upset at Nadi’s customer service and the fact that they lie about their address. I didn’t want to do business with a service from Brooklyn.

I am usually pretty good about preparing for things early but somehow chair rentals for my son’s birthday party slipped through the cracks. I literally called A&B Party Rentals 4 – 5 days before the birthday party. Luckily, A&B Party Rentals came through. They didn’t have the basic (i.e. cheap) chairs that I would have normally gotten but that’s because I’m the one who was super late — beggars can’t be choosers.
As a first time customer, I was given a 10% discount. I thought the delivery costs were a bit steep ($ 35) for 15 chairs but I’m not sure if this is a flat fee or it’s because I ordered for so late that this cost covered for the retooling of the delivery logistics. The company does not allow the customer to pick up the rental supplies to avoid the delivery fee, which could have saved me some cash but I suspect generally rentals are of large volume so no one would even think about this option. Perhaps for smaller orders like the one I placed, the policy can be relaxed…
Anyways, I worked with Nadia throughout the process and it was pretty painless. I would definitely use her services for any future needs.

I would highly recommend A&B Party Rental. I was able to place and order for tables and chairs with very short notice (4days before) and a tent add on with even shorter notice (2 days before). Nadia was very accommodating and very pleasant to work with. I have rented from others in the past and their equipment was nowhere near as nice as A&B’s. It was top notch. And the delivery guys were professional and speedy with set up. A very seamless experience.

A&B legit saved my life!!! It was going to thunderstorm on my 25^th birthday party and I needed a tent the day of. They had one available and delivered it in time for my party. Nadia was so accommodating and patient, I’ve never given 5 stars on Unilocal but they definitely deserve it!
Great quality tent, it was pouringggggg and no one got wet! I will definitely be using them again!

I needed tables, chairs and a bounce house for a birthday… And had less than a week to get them. A&B was able to get me what I needed at a very reasonable price.
Delivery guy was very helpful, as well.

They were prompt and delivered my chairs and tables for a party. Picked up the next day. Everything went smooth.
