When I lived in West Haverstraw, I got food from this place twice. They forgot my dipping sauce one time but beyond that, the food was okay, the service was okay. i believe they have a big problem with deliveries so if you go there to get the food like I did, you should not have too many issues. There are no Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Papa John’s or lIttle Caesar’s near me where I am now… kind of sad.

Welp, as you can tell from the other reviews nothing has changed. I ordered a pie ar 8 pm on the dot. it’s 920 now and still nothing. The lady said that it would take roughly 45 minutes, no problem. I called back at 9 and the lady sounded pre occupied by something more important. I only live 2 miles away from the pizza hut, it doesn’t take 40 min to cook and another 40 minutes to drive here. My food was cold upon arriving. pizza Hut do you read your reviews … do something or I’ll go to domino’s

Ordered a pie at 9:30 tonight, got an email confirmation saying it’d be here in 45 minutes and it’s now 97 minutes later. They won’t answer the phone now because they’re closed. Avoid this place like the plague. I’m hungry and now I’ve gotta eat shitty 9 month old ramen.

Do not go to this store… I would give this a ZERO but you can’t. The customer service is horrible and the manager «Amooney» (sp?) — appeared to have an Indian accent– is a complete jerk. Staff are incompetent and appear to be ignorant. They laughed and lied when asking for services and support from then. Smh. Never again will I order from here!!! Better pizza at the one in nanuet anyway!!!
