My husband and I try and eat here at least once a month. Food is always great as well as the service. But tonight… Tonight… It was amazing. The food was excellent and our waitress Tanya was AMAZING! She was super attentive even though the restaurant was really busy. Never once did we have to ask for a drink refill, she just was there with a fresh drink when we needed it. She was so friendly and kind. What a great asset Texas Roadhouse has to have her on your staff!

Amazing food, not a peanut allergy friendly place though! If you come for your birthday be prepared to saddle up.

$ 9.99 to eat steak with sautéed mushroom onion topping and two sides, where else you can find such a deal! Service is excellent.

My favorite steak house around New Haven. They do overcook their ribeye steak sometimes but overall it’s a good place to go for a dinner.

Great service. I was absolutely floored by how excellent it was. I got stuck on the road because I was ill… normally I would never go to a chain steak place like this unless I was with someone else, but it was available. I am very, very glad I went.
My server (Fran) was fabulous, even though I was there by myself at 2 in the afternoon on New Year’s Eve (with a computer). She was helpful and thoughtful and patient with me, and I heard her politely and respectfully walk a neighboring table of confused senior citizens through the meat temperatures. I was extremely impressed by her manner.
The location seemed very clean and busy compared to other locations I’ve visited in the past. The meat cookery was excellent, as were the potatoes and the rolls.

Come here all the time, wait times could be long depending on what day we come here. Food is decent and waiters are quick to fix anything or refill our drinks.

We are fans of the Texas Roadhouse. We like this one especially for their staff and service. The food is always great and prepared as requested. Even as I try to eat healthier and lose weight they offer a great 6oz Sirloin with vegetable sides, just pass on their signature rolls.
Trust me you’ll love the food and the staff here is top shelf.

This place was quite a surprise. I went here for the first time with my gf (because she wanted steakfries and not many places sell those), and I was expecting TGI Fridays, or Ruby Tuesday’s or Outback level quality. What I got was way better than any other chain. Not only did the manager give us coupons for free appetizers (for our next visit) since this was our first time here, the fresh rolls with cinnamon butter were fantastic. The country fried sirloin was very good and the cream gravy was amazing. Their green bean and apple sauce sides were also good. We will be back not only to use the coupons but because we really liked what we got.

Great prices, nice selection of menu choices, love their dinner salads, prime rib and blooming onion! Service is always prompt and on point. All wait staff are friendly and helpful. Get here early to avoid long wait to be seated times.

The food here is really good. I ordered the bbq ribs which came with two sides. I picked steak fries and mashed potatoes. The ribs were so tender and fell off the bone and the bbq sauce was very delicious. For drinks I order the frozen sangria and it came with a shot of tequila. The drink size was very reasonable, not too small & not too big. My server Tanya was awesome. She gave suggestions since it was my first time and keep checking on me after I got my food. The only thing I didn’t like was that peanut shells were on the floor everywhere but I’m not sure if that’s the norm at this restaurant.

Bone in Ribeye (cooked medium), salad, grilled shrimp, 2 beers and a friendly environment for less than 50 bucks all in.
Great value for what i would consider a better value chain restaurant. Like an Outback on steroids.

My wife and I ate here last night for dinner. It wasn’t our first time, but our first time in a while.
We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in the door (around 6pm on a Thursday evening). While the place was busy, it wasn’t packed and there wasn’t any wait.
Our server was quick to come by the table to get us settled, take our drink orders, and make sure we knew how they worked things. She remained attentive and prompt throughout the evening.
I ordered a full slab of ribs with chili and fries, while my wife picked out her own 11oz steak with a Caesar and baked potato. And of course the peanuts, buns and that butter! The food was hot — maybe a little too hot — when it arrived. But it was good! I’ll be honest and say that the first Time I was here, which would’ve been about two years ago, I ordered the ribs and they have never been as good on any subsequent visit. On that first visit, every time I would pick up a bone to eat the meat off of it, the meat would literally fall off. It’s never done that since.
Having said that, we thoroughly enjoyed the food, and the service!

I went after a graduation to celebrate and celebrate well did. From the moment I arrived I was treated like an honored guest. The staff was very accommodating and understanding about our party being stuck in traffic. They got us started on drinks and appetizers. Our server was so awesome. She was like sunshine on crack. She was excited to be at work and very attentive. She kept bringing us warm bread from the oven. She stole my heart right there. The meal was huge. My fillet was cooked just right and very flavorful. The whole experience was fabulous. I will be there for the next special casual occasion.

Great dining experience. Never once have I had a bad experience and always a friendly atmosphere. My steak has always come out as asked and expected and the stag has always been great!

First of all I’m a steak eater, so the fact that you select your own steak is awesome!!!

The steak was cooked perfectly. Couldn’t fault anything with the food. Love the fresh hot bread with cinnamon butter.
The staff were friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, it’s pretty loud and casual. Definitely coming back. I’d choose Texas Roadhouse over Outback Steakhouse now.

I feel that since I work at a «rival» store I shouldn’t review this place… or even go there. But I did and it was GREAT!

Hahah! We walked in and were promptly greeted, and for a random Wednesday night this place was hopping. We were told a 10 – 15 minute wait, but were immediately seated in the bar area. We did not mind the bar, since we were just hungry so it didn’t bother me. We were greeted by our nice waitress who explained the entire menu since I have never been here before. She went over the sides, and what is included with each meal. We ordered the fried pickles with the sauce which was delicious. I ordered the full rack of ribs (unbelievably delicious, they really do «fall off the bone».) My husband ordered the teriyaki steak tip meal and loved it as well. I ordered my ribs with fries, and felt like they put just a little too much seasoning on them. They were very garlic’y, I mean I love garlic but someone was heavy handed in the kitchen.
We were given a little American flag and it was placed on our table and I had no idea what it was for. Later about halfway through the meal, a nice young girl who was the manager on duty came by. She introduced herself to me and my husband and wanted to check in and make sure our first time was a good one. She was very nice, and kept checking back in with us throughout the meal. I thought that was really nice. Overall, I think this place is more well suited for an older crowd (like 18+) I would leave the kids home. It doesn’t have a family feel to it, it was extremely loud inside. The music is blaring and people are drinking and having a great time. I just couldn’t see brining kids here, unless you don’t care about them wiling out while you eat.

Great place for family dinner. Lots of options, peanuts everywhere, and a fairly loud atmosphere where your kids can get noisy. As for the food, the steaks are far better than Outback Steakhouse, but not true steakhouse quality. There is an overwhelming number of side dishes and menu items. This restaurant is good for what it is: a decent chain steakhouse. A family with kids will fit right in and enjoy it, but I wouldn’t take a date here for a romantic dinner!
As for the beer and wine, the options for wine are cheap offerings, nothing fancy. There could be a few more draft beer options.

I am not one to review chain restaurants, but I love the food here so much, figured I’d bite the bullet and give them some props. I was never a big red meat eater, but their food has converted me… no joke.
First, you get a lot of food for your money. You start off with the best sweet rolls and cinnamon butter spread, then move onto the appetizers and awesome side dishes, followed by the huge sized main portions. I love their garden salad… it has hard boiled egg on it, red onion, tomatoes, croutons… lots of yummy-​ness. They even ask how you want your salad customized so you can easily remove any items you don’t want. I have also had the mashed potatoes (red), baked potato, sweet potato, etc and all are really good. The dinners I’ve had are outstanding. My favorites are the Ft. Worth ribeye (extremely tender, thin and flavorful!), Roadkill (chopped steak with cheese, mushrooms and onions) and the half slab of ribs… the meat is fall-​off-​the-​bone tender… amazing. Even my reheated leftovers a day later were very enjoyable. They also have decent happy hour and early bird specials.
My one complaint (albeit minor) is the noise level inside… it’s always packed in there, even during the week, and the music and chatter is unbelievably loud. So don’t eat here expecting a nice, quiet meal. It hasn’t been a deterrent for me to return, though.

#17 Went in Valentine’s day, worse idea ever, the wait was for 1.30 hours, but we got our table in 1 hours that was not bad, While i was waiting for my table, i had a Big Blue Moon, they did not have orange, that sucks.
When we got our table the server was very kind, the bus buy was on top of our table giving us water and bread all the way,
The server, mess up our order. I had a 8 onz steak Medium well, but they cook it well done, one my friend order a Medium and they cook it well done, and my order friend order a well done and they cook it medium well, but she was kind to fix it and make it work but us. So we had to wait a little more, but at the end was ok.
i will Come back because, the food was great and the servers at the end make it work from me and my group.
