I give a 1 star because the selection at this location sucks. It should be larger. Female staff is snobby — maybe they believe they own the corp… Get real!
Expand product line and go back to true customer service!

I received my graduation gift from Tiffany, the Olive Leaf band ring in sterling silver. When I went to the store to pick it up, the sales professionals were all very welcoming and pleasant. Two particular professionals at the customer service area were particularly wonderful; one got us bottles of water while the other brought out my gift and made sure we were satisfied with it before taking it home. I was so awed at the level of service; I couldn’t stop thanking them and smiling. This store is truly top notch. Very happy with them and with my lovely ring. :)

LOVE this store! It’s a pretty store in a great mall. The sales professionals are top notch and go above and beyond to provide the absolute best customer service. Lenore is the best and takes such great care of customers. Always a fun shopping experience here!

Great customer service! I needed several items re-​wrapped for a business gift presentation, Cherie was fantastic, she is a consummate professional, great attitude.

This is the only Tiffany I have ever been to, but I’ve been there a few times. I’ve gone about three times by myself, just to look. The salespeople never seem annoyed that I’m not actually buying anything. I have asked to see prices (not sure why they won’t just let you see the prices without having to ask but that must be a jewelry thing) and nobody’s ever acted like I’m wasting their time when I’m just browsing.
I also accompanied a friend there when eh was picking out an engagement ring for his girlfriend. I made it clear that I was not the fiancé but they still let me try on all the rings that caught my eye, even the ones that were CLEARLY more than I could afford.
