Party Emporium is a good name for Bennett’s because it’s a lot more than just a card shop. The first thing that catches your eye as you walk by are the crazy carousel type things spinning around in the windows. Mesmerizing little devices with absolutely no use but so cool looking. My cats would love destroying them.
Once you walk in the door you will find a huge selection of cards, many quite humorous. It doesn’t stop there. Books, interesting and challenging puzzles, pictures frames, wrapping paper. games, unusual toys and stuffed animals, pictures frames and zillions of mugs and glasses. An incredible menagerie of strange but extremely cool things, most with no practical use but so much fun.
A fantastic place to buy a friend that’s a bit odd a great present that’s a bit odd. And if all that wasn’t enough they have a great selection of decadent and delicious chocolate waiting to seduce you as you are waiting to check out. Shopping can be so mundane and boring, Bennett’s might be strange and bizarre but never boring.
