Towe Arbor Care

Recently I called Towe Arbor Care because my big walnut tree in my back yard was dropping very large living branches for no obvious reason. I gave them a call because a friend recommended them.
I’m in Northern KY and even though they are located in Indiana they had no problem coming out to my neck of the woods for the job!
They came out in a few days and Randy gave me an education on trees! He was so kind and patient with me as he informed me of the right and wrongs of tree health and tree care. He took his time and wasn’t rushing around which was a refreshing experience after talking to a few other local companies that weren’t nearly as patient! The estimate was in my inbox just a few hours after talking them.
A few days later I gave them the green light to do the work and by the end of the week they were out climbing my tree and trimming it up! They showed up on time and were in and out in a few hours. They left the work site cleaner than when they arrived! You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do and want to make their customers happy!
I’m super pleased with my experience with Towe Arbor and would highly recommend them!
