The service was great until I received a call at 4 pm the evening before my 9 am deadline letting me know that my project couldn’t be completed. Not just that it wouldn’t be completed on time, but that he just couldn’t do it. This was after having my project files for 4 days.
Luckily, Staples saved the day, printing and binding my project in a matter of an hour.
