Always a great atmosphere with friendly staff. Great beers and the food is awesome. Gotta go with the Thai chili wings and green mt pizza! The poutine also is incredible. Wednesday trivia night should not be missed!

God. We really, really wanted to like Parker Pie Co. Two very nice people – one college student and another a senior citizen still spry and active, hailed PPC as a must-visit. We figured«Why not?» So off we set, arriving at 5:20 on Saturday night. The bar was full and we placed our order at 5:25. Bar patrons came and went in a steady stream. The table rightnexttoours got their pizza and the dough looked absolutely raw. When they picked up their slices, stuff was falling off and we didn’t see any stretchy cheesy goodness happening. They had to fold the slices a few times over to eat them, but they didn’t seem to mind. Maybe the pitcher of brew had something to do with it, because that large pie was devoured by three people in 15 minutes. So we figured, maybe it was worth the wait. So we waited. 5:45, nothing. 6:00 nothing. 6:20 my husband asked the waitress if she could pack the pies to go. She showed up a minute later with the boxed pies and we left. Put them in the back seat and drove home. Smelled NOTHING. Even a cheapo pie from Dominoes will smell up the car, good or bad. When we got home, looked at them both, sadly sitting in their boxes. One was nearly burnt all the way through. The meat was tough and chewy. The other had cooked edges but the rest of the dough was not cooked. We stuck everything in the microwave to salvage them. Didn’t help but we didn’t want to waste food. We’re all for supporting local businesses but sorry guys. We won’t be back.

Green Mountain Special and a Hill Farmstead beer will take you straight to heaven. I have been many times and I still get lost.

If you’re the type of person who will drive here for pizza and Hill-Farmstead drafts, you’ll love it. Bring the dog during finer weather as the porch is leash-friendly.

The Green Mountain Special– One of my favorite pizzas in the world! Simple ingredients from Vermont make it so good. Love the subtle maple taste. Definitely worth driving 1 h 45 from Burlington. Malibu

The cheese pizza was mediocre at best, but the Green Mountain pizza was the best my husband says he has ever had. The salads were great too and we loved sitting outside and letting our son play while we sat at the picnic table.

Awful service, arrogant hipster employees, obnoxious trustafarian clientele, and a long wait for burned, overpriced, greasy pizza. You’d be better off cooking a frozen Tombstone Pizza in a microwave than eat here.

Beautiful spot, a bit hard to find but glad we did. We got a sandwich and a small personal pizza and both were delicious. Service was a bit weird and they were stingy on the ice(maybe I’m exaggerating it was 94 out) but all in all a good spot, I’d return!

!!!GREENMOUNTAINPIZZA!!! You have to get one, no get 2 or 3 cause it will disappear as soon as it hits your table. Friendly staff every time I have visited which is probably close to a dozen times in the past 4 years. Great local tap beers. Eat outside in the backyard, let the kids play while waiting for your food(long wait most of the time). Doesn’t get much better than this for dinner though. Live bands as well. While this is not NY or New Haven CT style pizza its the best you will get outside those 2 locations in the northeast. The Green Mountain Pizza is special in its own way its so damn good that the kids crave it year round.

This place is in the middle of nowhere but don’t let that shade your attitude. These folks lay down some tasty slices of heaven. The biggest redeeming factor of their pizza is the slight crispness of the crust, but also the entire underside of the slice. Also great local craft beers available. You can inside or outside on picnic tables.

Worst dining experience I’ve had in years… neighboring farm was spreading liquid manure and an excavator was removing a gas tank near the back yard dining area. On top of the diesel, the cloud of flies, and the potent odor of liquified manure, I was treated to 10 inch hair in my pie. I had put up with all the rest for the payoff of that terrific chewy crust. Now, all was lost. So now, I’ve been to Parker pie three times. Only one good experience. While I live fairly locallyI don’t think that I will be back any time soon.

It was almost 9PM, and we were hungry. There didn’t seem to be a lot to offer, so we eventually, reluctantly followed the directions to a local pizza place called Parker’s Pies… We were baffled that we seemed to be going deeper and deeper among farms, and, frankly, we were not impressed by the gas station like front. But colorful lights beckoned us around to the back… There, we found a beautiful oasis. The building is amazing inside, and we happened to show up when live music was playing… a super-talented country/blues guitarist and singer. It didn’t hurt that the food was amazing… buffalo chicken nachos, pizza with cheese baked into the perfect crust, a mind-blowingly tasty meatball sandwich. And, although I don’t drink my husband our friend were very impressed with the beer and cider selection. When you find a real hidden gem on your travels, it’s such a treat, and I feel that this is what happened tonight. If I find myself in the area again, I know where I’ll be heading.

Small town spot that’s mainly for locals and is basically a bar, pizzeria, coffee shop, ice cream shop, and small grocery/convenience store a rolled into one. The charm of this place is amazing. However, don’t come expecting something fancy. Small town America, friendly people, amazing food and drinks. This is some of the pizza in America period. The ingredients are as local and fresh as it gets. What puts this place over the top though is the seating outside and the creative speciality pizzas.

What an incredible place. If you are anywhere in the Northeast kingdom of Vermont, take the drive. This is a really charming place with the best pizza on the planet. A great selection of craft beers and the friendliest staff you will ever meet. You can’t leave without ordering the Green Mountain special pizza. I have been here twice now and I will say that the place has an eclectic mix of clientele. The friendliest you will ever meet. There is entertainment on Thursday and Saturday in the old town hall on the second floor. Go there or you surely will be square.

One of the highlights of my trip to Vermont. I would have went everyday I spent there if it wasnt for the fact that it was about an hr and half away from where I was staying. Me and my boyfried order the pizza special and we later discovered they had bottles of Cantillon Gueuze. They also have a lovely outdoor area where everyone seems to go with their kids and relax. So so cute. I cannot wait to go back.

This 5-star review is solely for the most amazing pizza I’ve EVER had. Some friends and I stopped in after a rainy Bread and Puppet performance because the pizza is notoriously good. The place was pretty crowded but we were able to move our way to a table eventually and ordered ***The Green Mountain Pizza*** which has cheddar, baby spinach, red onion, apple, maple syrup, crispy bacon and a lightly cheesed not-too-thin-or-doughy-crust that blew ALLOFUS away. I have to say that I think it is the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. We were all raving over it. I think everyone else enjoyed their beers as well. That pizza though!!!

The best. Period. We were visiting from out of toward were looking for pizza. This was the only place in the area and I am glad it was. We stopped in with our infant not realizing that it was mostly a bar and not a restaurant. Which was awkward until the bartender told us to come on over to the other bar where a couple offered to share their table with us. While we ordered and ate two other families with young children also dined in so we didn’t feel so bad in the end. The pizza was phenomenal and we purposely left some for the next day rather than finish it off. Go, you won’t be disappointed.
