This is the last place I will ever take my pets. She was very rude and didn’t get to the bottom of the problem of my Dog’s problem. She told me my dog was way over weight when she’s 5 pounds over weight. I used to hear how wonderful this place was but now I think she probably isn’t happy with her job or something. She definitely seemed mad at someone but I’m pretty sure I don’t need a vet like this.

DO NOT bring your pet here to be groomed! I made the mistake of bringing my puppy here for his first haircut. Upon arrival I was asked to pay $ 60 before I got to see my pup. Poor thing had been shaved. The groomer and I had agreed that his face, ears, and feet be cut only? While retrieving him I noticed red on his fur. I was told he had gotten into medicine. While I thought it strange they would let my dog get into medicine I figured what the hay, I’ve already paid the money, his hair will grow back, let’s just bring him home. Once home (we live .02 miles from here), we realized the red «medicine» he had gotten into kept spreading. When I inspected him I found his left paw was missing a sizable chunk. He was bleeding all over the place. I immediatley called the vet and was told yes the vet knew he had been cut, had inspected him, and he would be fine. That’s it! NO apology, nothing. I called the next day to express my displeasure and was told they would make things right and call me the next day. I never heard from them again.
I understand accidents happen, and I know my pup wasn’t the model dog. What I can’t understand is how they could send a pet home injured and act like it never happened. (They must think me a complete moron).
We had received the call that he was done with the groomer about 1 and ½ hours before we picked him up. That means he was lying there shaking in his own blood for an hour and a half before we could get to him. He was comletely traumatized.
Good news is his paw has healed and his hair has grown.
They are shady as hell and I would never recommend them to anybody I cared about.
