At first visit for exam and cleaning, met a young man at front desk, VERY professional, efficient and positive customer support. His phone manner also consistent with this positive impression. So I switched to this DentalWorks office. HYgienist was wonderful. but when office manager on vacation, front desk support inconsistent. THey handle phonecalls POORLY, they forget to follow through on customer requests. Costing me lost workhours, and lost time when I take time off for an appointment for major restorative services, that were not pre-approved. won’t do you any good to ask them ahead of time, to follow through with your insurance company. They forgot! THey made a mistake! it’s time to walk away now. ..

My family has been a patient of DentalWorks for years. My children have recently been seeing Dr. Albazzaz for there Orthodontic treatment. My oldest just finished treatment and I have two more mid treatment. Dr. Albazzaz is fantastic. He is very knowledgable when it comes to what my kids need. You also couldn’t ask for a nicer guy to see your kids. Also he has paymnet arrangements avaliable that made it much easier on my budget!

We had prepaid for braces for our son when we lived in Indianapolis. When we moved, we were glad to see we could continue to have his orthodontal work done. However, this DentalWorks office is horribly managed. We frequently wait for an hour or longer after arriving on time for a scheduled appointment. This kind of service is really unacceptable. Rescheduling an appointment is also impossible as DentalWorks books their schedule absolutely solid. To reschedule means a three week delay in my son’s progress.

Now Dental Works and they are horrible. Went for routine extraction that I was not in pain for. Ended up going back twice and finally had to switch dentis. They left five tooth fragments in! Dr. Davis is the worst
