Average massage … I’ve received many massages over the years, and I would rate this as mediocre. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing with a tranquil feel. Nice relaxing music in the background and the massage table and linens were nice and comfortable. My massage therapist was pleasant and accommodating. However, I DEFINITELY have had better massages. Be aware that they will try to sell you products, and hard sell you into a monthly membership. I was aware of this, but was not aware I had to make a decision at that moment or else my massage today would cost more. I asked if I could have a day or two to think it over, and they said «yes» they could still waive the $ 39 enrollment fee but I would have to pay for the «non member price» massage for today. So I walked out of there spending much more than I thought I would.

Talk about the opposite of what a massage is suppose to be!!! After a mistake we ended up at the wrong location and were 4 minutes late to our appointment. Upon arrival we were scolded for being late and after a 10 minute wait escorted back to our couples massage room that was actually just 2 rooms with a tiny adjoining door. Prior to starting they informed us that since we were late they would be cutting 20 minutes from our massage but still charging us full price. We decided we should probably reschedule as we didn’t want to pay full price for half the massage. Got up front to reschedule and was informed we also had to pay $ 40 additional to even be allowed to reschedule. I was obviously upset by that and got a a total «Its not our fault so deal with it» attitude. Definitely not a place we would ever feel comfortable returning to for relaxation so I paid my $ 40 and canceled my Groupon for the massage. This was my Valentine’s Day gift to my wife so the rudeness of the staff managed to not only ruin our potential massage but also the gift. I rode home to a wife in tears from being yelled at by staff. With the # of massage options in town I would think customer service would be a higher priority not to mention the relaxation factor. Needless to say we will not return and I don’t recommend you trying it either!

Yes, they ask you if you would like to join the membership. Similiar to a gym membership, you pay monthly and you get one massage a month at a reduced price.
I personally think it’s a great idea, this way it FORCES you to take a break monthly!
I had a FANTASTIC MASSAGE, with lavender oil and great music. Not too cold, not too hot. My massage therapist was very nice, professional and asked me throughout if I would like more/​less pressure.
I will be back!
