Got my watch fixed here the other day and had a descent experience. I needed a couple pins replaced on my watch, the charge was $ 10 per pin, definitely big price for a little fix, but I was too lazy to find other options. I waited a good 10 minutes there as the staff member worked on the watch. Finally she stated she could only do one and the other pin was not coming out.
I paid for the one pin service and left. The pin was not an exact fit and was sticking out of the link, not flush. Eh… this was a Fossil watch I got 4 years ago, I like the watch, I’m just glad it wasn’t a designer watch where they made this poor repair on.
