Sheri’s Cleaning Service

I had Sheri’s cleaning come to my house after having my kitchen remolded to help get the house clean again. The house feels just as dusty and dirty as when they started. When vacuuming, they only vacuumed around things and never bothered to sweep or mop the hardwood floors under tables or sofas. When they left, I had to take a wet rag and dust up the thick dust from construction, under my TV table in the living room, under the sofa in the living room, and under the table in the dining room with a wet rag myself. How they missed it I don’t know. When dusting, they dusted around things on desks and shelves, and on the end tables they only dusted the tops of the tables. The base of the tables were completely dust covered. When dusting our piano (and many other pieces of furniture), half of the top was still covered in dust. We paid for a total of 6 hours of cleaning. They sent out 3 ladies for what was supposed to be 2 hours and they left after an hour and a half which left us with only 4 ½ hours of cleaning services and a very dirty house.
I tried to contact the cleaning service and have yet to speak to someone there. It has been four days since they were out to my house. I did get a return call the other day, but was not home when they called back. I tied to contact them again, left a message and I am still waiting. It is now Saturday and I had them out to clean on Tuesday.
I am in the process of looking for a good cleaning service and was excited to try this one out in hopes of hiring them to continue on a regular basis. I was highly disappointed in the lack of service provided and will not be using them again. It was a waste of money since once they left I was still left with the task of cleaning the house myself.

SHERI’S Cleaning did a horrible job. They neve vacuumed my bedrooms, they quoted me a price that the lied about and wanted me to pay more. I had to vacuumed and mop and clean my home after they left. I would not recommend the cleaning service to anyone, you would be disappointed. Never again.
