We hired Miguel to inspect a property on a hillside… we had no idea what we were getting into. In this day and age, it’s hard to find a guy that goes ABOVE AND BEYOND what he is asked to do. This guy was relentless in his work. He worked HARD for several hours. He explained every detail and made us understand what we were getting ourselves into… very intelligent. I became educated regarding what we were about to purchase. The man was ethical, honest, and accountable. He showed up early and he left late. He went out of his way to tell me everything and made sure I understood it all… it’s evident he is genuinely concerned for the buyer. His attention to detail and integrity was second to none. I was extremely impressed and will recommend Miguel to anyone purchasing a home. When looking for someone that knows what they’re doing, this man defines professional excellence. Miguel is super professional and completely through. He was not afraid to get dirty inspecting every nook of the duplex we are buying. Miguel was recommended to us by our agent who has worked with him for a number of years. Miguel is also very personable and we felt comfortable asking him any question or concern that came to mind.
