Came in and wanted a new watch. Was very interested in G shocks, and had a million questions on them. Tarik was helping me out and answered all my questions patiently, showed me many comparable brands and models, and helped me learn some of the many features on my new watch. He was super friendly and helpful, I’ll definitely be back and will recommend my friends. Great shop

I’ve been to Tic Time of West Covina twice and each experience is more and more rewarding. The first time was to get a watch resized and battery repaired. The second time was to buy a new watch. I was drawn to the unique selection. The sales representative was very knowledgable and respectful. It was a relaxed experience. Don’t waste time looking for another watch store because Tic Time is perfect.

This is the best watch store in West Covina. I wanted a rose gold watch and had at least 20 different options to choose from. The store was very well kept and the customer service was exceptional. I looked at other watch stores/​department stores in the area and nothing came close to the selection and verity Tic time offered. I am very please with the purchase and get compliments all the time.

The service there is top notch. This may be a franchised watch store, but the customer service is of the quality that a family owned business would provide. Both the younger employee and the older owner of the shop are great to do business with. Go to this place if you care about you watch because these guys definitely do too!

I started dealing with this family owned operation at the Glendale Galleria, at first glance it was just a little watch shop that changed watch batteries, but once you get to know them and the quality work they do it’s much much more. I have had other «watch repair» shops return my watches with the backs put on upside down, poor workmanship etc. These guys really know what they are doing. I mail my watches to them to have them replace batteries etc, it’s worth the shipping charges as I don’t live anywhere near their new store, but I am a loyal customer and they go great work.

I was looking for a Nixon watch. So I started my search on Amazon although I didn’t feel comfortable ordering online as I don’t know if it would be original watch.
I contacted Harry from his amazing Unilocal reviews, he helped me find the right Nixon watch and was able to get me a great price. Also his father took a look at my watch and gave a free cleaning and also found that the internal pin was broken. He changed it for free!

I needed a couple watches fixed so I opened my trusty Unilocal app to see what I could find. Unilocal didn’t let me down this time; what an absolutely amazing shop!
The prices are extremely competitive, but let me tell you this: I would pay more because the service is so good! Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad the battery replacements are very affordable (I had two watch batteries replaced for $ 27.00)!
The owner, Peter, is warm, friendly, helpful and charming! You couldn’t ask for a better person to help you with your watch issues. I saw an LA Times article about him on the wall and I was very pleased he was recognized for his knowledge, skills, and abilities.
They have a nice variety of affordable watches, but my eye was drawn to the Nixon and Diesel assortment. Do you like this one?

Got an aftermarket band for my Apple Watch but it was too big. So I took it here and in a couple of minutes he got it resized (right on the first try) and it was perfect. Employee was nice and friendly! Will definitely come back the next time I need help! Place is located just outside of Best Buy (entering the Mall) and across for Forever 21.

What an amazing experience I brought my watch to have the band resized and the husband, wife team that is there are wonderful people. He fixed my watch immediately and had a great conversation with the couple that have been married for 45 years. Highly recommend, thank you for great service and an amazing price.
