Round Table Pizza

I’m from the Bay Area so I love Round Table Pizza, but this location is not the best. I ordered online expecting my order to be ready since it took me 20 minutes to get here and they said online it would be ready in 15.
It’s been over 15 minutes since I’ve arrived and I’m STILL waiting. There are more employees working than customers do I’m withering what is going on… Plus the restaurant is dirty with food on the floor.
This place is too expensive to be this dirty and slow.

Went in today around 4:30pm and waited 30 minutes for my pizza just to be told that the cheese fell iff when it was being sliced. They magically pulled a new pizza out of thin air after another 10 minutes that had barely melted cheese and was the soggiest pizza I have ever seen. 40 minutes for a horrible pizza… no thanks. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I previously had a good dine-​in experience but nevertheless, I don’t think I’ll be coming here again.

It’s been nearly 3 years since I tried this place. I thought I would try again hoping that things would be different. Sad to say, it’s only worse.
It took 2 hours to deliver to me. Honestly, I think they just lost my order. I called after 90 min of waiting, and I asked how much longer it’s going to take. The gal over the phone told me that were just placing it in the oven!!! That’s rediculous!!!
When I originally placed the order at 7pm, the gal over the phone told me I should get it by no later than 8pm. Now it’s 9pm, and this girl is ringing my doorbell. I told her to take it back, since I had to go out and get my dinner.
Once upon a time, Round Table was a good pizza joint. Now, it’s just a below average, over-​priced pizza dump. I foresee this place going out of business.

The most dirtiest place on earth. Poor service, and very slow service. I was so shocked to see Round Table Pizza as if it gone through a riot. So disappointing.

I’ve never been to Round Table, and I’m usually picky with my pizza, but they did a great job with their grilled veggies and chicken artisan flatbread.
It’s a decent price, but I wouldn’t come here often compared to other places like pieology.
I had to wait quite awhile too for my pizza, which is understandable since it’s made fresh, but I was kinda impatient at the moment since nobody was in the restaurant.

came here a week before christmas and a small pizza took forever to make. a lot of people were getting angry, looked like they were understaffed. they need to hire more people. pizza was good tho, girl cashier was nice enough to give us 2 free cups because of the long wait.

Wow, terrible service. Part of our order were two salads. They had enough at the salad bar for one. Asked if they were going to bring out more, got attitude, and nothing ever came. Had to get money back for the one salad. Ordered mild wings, received flaming hot. Asked to have them replaced, then were given cold wings. There were 6 families eating there and the staff kept telling everyone (who were also having problems) that they were just too busy.

Worst service. Placed our order and we were told that our pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, we checked in with the cashier. She checked in with the kitchen only to find out that our ticket was lost in the shuffle and misplaced behind others. Granted, it’s a busy Friday night so I understand our order taking a bit longer. However, the only solution offered to us was to give us a refund or wait even longer while they make our food. No compensation for the inconvenience, additional discounts, or sincere apology. Now, I don’t really care about getting things for free necessarily, but the customer service is lacking and I don’t want to frequent a business that doesn’t seem interested in customer satisfaction.
Additionally, while we didn’t eat there, we waited plenty long enough for me to notice that the salad bar hadn’t been replenished for quite some time and it was a complete mess. Not appetizing at all.

This place is big, clean, the staff is friendly, and lunch buffet is great! The salad bar always looks fresh and the variety of toppings is awesome. Round Table Pizza is my absolute favorite and I am able to get my fix on a semi-​regular basis without having to pay the normal RT high prices. (Fellow customers, I’m sure you would agree!)

Round table pizza will always be my favorite this one is good but not consistent. Today we ordered our usual and wit was horrible. So much sauce. Resorted to peeling off the cheese to scrape the excess of sauce because it was pretty bad. Since it’s the closest round table, I have to keep ordering from them but now I have to remember to ask them to go easy on the sauce.

We only come here for the lunch buffet, they have the best salad bar and the price is reasonable

Clean, big parking, plenty of room and a Nice touch with a minion.

I just had dinner and notice a single random sandle on the floor how often does the staff make rounds to clean the restaurant. On top of that poor service why should I have to ask for my wings 15 minutes after I got my pizza. Aren’t wings an appetizer? Also another customer customer was waiting at the front counter because they received there food but they didn’t get any plates. Not until I mentioned loud enough how this Round Table has crappy customer service then someone from the back came out to assist.

Came for lunch buffet at 1130… Sign says it starts at 11 am… Nothing out and ready to eat.
Total disappointment.
Restaurant seemed clean. We were greeted right away by the staff.
Can’t say anything about the food since we couldn’t eat. Change the sign if you’re not going to serve by 11 am.

It may be the nostalgia of my childhood but this really is my favorite American style pizza ever. Those delicious tiny fat pieces of pepperoni couldn’t make their way into my mouth fast enough if I was shoveling an entire x-​large pizza in my face hole. Yup, I love it that much. Their pizza has tasted the same since I was 3 years old which seems kind of crazy to me. King Arthur supreme is my go to pizza but the other ones are just as good.

So, the problem is this is the only Round Table that will deliver to Covina even though the Glendora one is closer to my house, so yeah, when I want Round Table, I have to order from this one.
Today I had delivery for the second time. Both times they did not deliver the extra sauce they charged me for and when I asked my delivery person she said, «I deliver what they give me,» and walked away. Awesome customer service. I also asked for blue cheese and they gave me ranch. Awesome customer service.
Besides those two issues, both pizzas on both orders had been squished into the top of the box and jammed sideways. Cheese is hard to get out of cardboard as are toppings. The sad part is, they are still better than Dahlia’s and Red Devil.
Essentially, the lesson is that Covina sucks for pizza delivery. I remember Round Table’s ads about being the «last honest pizza.» This one is honestly the last Round Table I would order from, but unfortunately is the only one who will deliver to me. Skip this Round Table if you can.

THATS IT!!! Ive been coming here for a year and the service and quality of Customer service goes down more and more as time goes on… Tonight I ordered specifically pan crust pizza because the last three times I’ve ordered pan crust pizza they have given me thin crust pizza and yet again they give me thin crust pizza… But wait it gets better after specifically asking for that and additionally ordering six Parmesan twists and a soda… The delivery driver showed up without the soda with a pizza that had no crust and decided he was going to forget the credit card swiper on my front porch… Not only that but the delivery driver had the gall to tell me that my house smelled «good“when I just smoked a bowl of marijuana… If he had been more focused on my order rather than the odor of my house, maybe they would have gotten more stars… the only reason i gave them 2 stars was because the cashier gave me an almost full refund… But still didnt take the time to make the drver (who i still tipped 5.00 $) come back with my shit…

Today we were in the area and noticed the lunch buffet sign. So we decided to give it a try. We order and get our drinks which was all great but then we tried to sit down and ended up having to go into this side room (I assume they use it for large private parties for kids parties or something) because the majority of the tables were dirty or un-​bussed.
The salad bar was un-​stocked and messy, but we just worked around it. They have the pizzas on a separate buffet line under heat lamps. There were 2 – 3 slices of each pie and also looked un-​stocked. There was a mess at the end that I tried to clean up with a napkin but it didn’t help much. The flavor was good but the pizzas were cold. Maybe it had been sitting there a long time?
Not once the 30 minutes we were eating did I see any staff come out to address the above issues. I counted 8 dirty tables from where we’re sitting to the front door alone on the way out. Overall okay food but uncomfortable environment. We won’t be back.

Round table pizza is so delicious, but it gets a little pricey if we order more, a large specialty gourmet pizza cost almost $ 20. The lunch buffet is great deal to try different pizza, but if you add drinks and wings, it’s still not cheap.
I am not a pizza person, but once in a while I want to have some carb fix, I like their gourmet pizza selection, Wombo combo and Maui Zaui are my favorites, classic ones like King Arthur and Italian Garlic are good choices too. They have flatbread now, I have tried Tomato Pesto, it is a very good vegetarian choice.
A good neighborhood weekday pizza dinner spot for us.
