Just received my Valentine’s Day flowers half an hour ago and I was busy taking pictures! Their delivery is prompt and the deliveryman was kind enough to give me a call when he got there rather than ringing the doorbell/​knocking on the door on an early Saturday morning. Very considerate and friendly. Their flowers are fresh and full of life. Location is very noticeable and accessible too, as I drive by the florist everyday for work. Thank you for providing your happy customers with happy flowers!

I always come here when I am feeling sweet and want to randomly get my girlfriend some flowers, Jasper always helps me out and is very quick. I order over the phone and the flowers are wrapped and ready to go within literally 15 minutes, I just pick them up and i’m on my way.

I recently received a gift from someone and wanted to see if I could send something back. Went into their website and tried to find the same item I received and to my surprise I was never able to find it. I searched and searched and nothing similar. I later found out that it was a 40 $ basket except all the cookies and chocolates they say are included in the basket are replaced with oreos and cheap 99¢ cookies. These people should feel ashamed for scamming with such a high price. Don’t buy online, buy in person or else you’ll pay for a 40 $ basket that comes assorted with 99¢ cookies
Forgot to mention that the gift I received arrived late, just like many people are stating here, they said they were going to give a 10 $ certificate as a way of saying sorry… They never sent anything. Unprofessional

Jasper was the person that helped me and she was great I made a order kind of late but she was still helpful not rushing me and she made the arrangement and delivered it herself excellent service here.

Found this little place on Unilocal as I was looking for something in the area of West Covina. As soon as I called the place to ask if they had some bouquets ready or if they can make some, they sounded very friendly and helpful! I decided to stop by and this nice lady helped me get together a spring looking flower bouquet. They turned out beautiful! Loved the customer service, definitely would go back soon if I ever need some flowers :-)

I had placed an order with Conroys Flowers (Asuza and San Bernardino Rd) for my daughter’s high school graduation. The arrangement was a complete disaster to say the least! So I called last minute asking them if they would be able to make a last minute graduation bouquet. Without hesitation they took my order and made me an amazing bouquet. This is definitely a place that I will be buying my flowers from now on!

So beyond disappointed with the flowers I sent my mom for Mother’s Day. I ordered the Spring Garden bouquet advertised on the website and then upgraded it for more flowers. Was supposed to be in all pale yellows and pinks – roses, baby carnations, orchids. But what was delivered, finally at 4 p.m. on Sunday, did not look at all like what it did in the ad. No pink roses, lots of cheaper flower substitutions, like mums. Lots of other colors, like hot pink. My parents have used this florist for at least the last 25 years, but I won’t be ordering from them anymore. Could it be because I live out of town now, Mario’s doesn’t think it matters what they deliver on my behalf? Sorry, this former West Covina resident won’t be giving you her business anymore…

Very poor service, when i asked for help to wrap my flowers lady refused to serve me, said I’m on really important call. Well lady you won’t get any customers then…

I came, last minute, to pick out a bouquet for my anniversary. The staff was super friendly and helped me out with my indecision. I was in and out, and über happy with my arrangement, in no more than 15 minutes!

Extraordinary floral designers! Love their helpful attitude and knowledge about flowers and beautiful arrangements. Valentine’s Day was a breeze getting service and quality. Love that they had so many arrangements ready to be purchased and get on the way.
Also love how they have essential oils available — the aromatic goodness that real plants & flowers should be about. An amazing store all around! I’ll be back again and again.

Worst experience ever, i placed an order 14 days before Valentines day. I came in to pick up my flowers, they just started making it right when i asked to pick up, dude i gave you two weeks. they were also the wrong colors, i waited for a redo. parking lot was substantially small, who the hell designed a tightly quartered lot with ridges and a giant tree taking up space. seriously i was sandwiched between two cars, my car took it from the front and the back. while trying to slide pass the drivers side the freaken shrub stabbed my heart. yes the one day we celebrate true love, my heart gets hurt. i was hoping for flowers that weren’t depressing either, the white daisies had splotches of black water on it, and most of the pedals looked dehydrated. worst of all some of the roses were not even bloomed yet. I paid good money for this valentines day theme. If i wanted a whack job i would’ve went to the God Father, cause he would’ve got the job done. Never going here again. I rather buy flowers on the side walk then deal with this poor excuse of a florist shop. good game.

Mario Del Fante did my wedding bouquets and boutineers etc. It was a small order but they did not pressure me at all to do more than I asked. Jesper was especially friendly and always knew me by name when I called. The flowers were beautiful and that was all I could ask for :)

Went to this florist on a recomemdation. Ordered my mom a beautiful Tulip bouquet online for mother’s day to be delived the saturday before, out of state. This florist delivered the flowers 3 days late, a different bouquet than I ordered, (cheap generic flowers instead of tulips) and wrote «illness» on the card instead of Mother’s day!!! when I called to complain they said they would try to fine an acceptable solution and call me back… guess what??? they never called back. My recommendation… don’t order online from them. I totally got ripped off… and so did my mom!!!

Flowers by Robert Taylor was unable to provide 15 roses when I needed them. I passed by to Mario del Monte and they worked on the spot to get my roses ready. I know it’s Mother’s Day weekend, but hey… hired extra staff for the time. Great service. Good pricing. Quick service. Nice roses with their own water tubes!

Pat is a dream to work with and I am forever in her debt. I placed my order from across the country, explained my preferences and requested same day delivery. Pat was super kind and knowledgeable and my best friend received her flowers within two hours of my conversation with Pat – now that’s service. The flowers were super gorgeous and woderfully fragrant. I definitely recommend!

I agree with other reviewers that although this is a great floristry for your flowers, I do not feel what I received was reflective of the price I paid

/​/​SERVICE /​/​Excellent. I was greeted upon walking in and the florist was very sweet. I informed her my budget and she made me a bouquet accordingly. Typically, when I visit my local florist, I am given a huge bouquet for the price filled with roses, lilies, and other pretty flowers. Here, I was given one rose, a few daisies and filler flowers, and then a ton of fluff (leaves and baby’s breath). I was surprised at the skimpiness of the bouquet in comparison with other flower shops I have been to.
Despite my less than satisfactory bang for my buck, the bouquet was beautifully done and care was taken to place a water bulb on the bottom of each flower which I have not seen done at other flower shops.
If you are willing to spend a little extra, than this is the floristry for you.

Amazing Beautiful and perfect just a few words to describe how great my experience was at Mario de lafante florist I left it up to Jasper to make something for a memorial mass and he didn’t disappoint. The staff was friendly and so helpful I will definitely be back.

Flowers are beautiful but they’re a bit overpriced in my opinion. Came here for Prom flowers and ended up paying a bit more than I should have for what I got.
