Just came here no line no people, and still a long wait… To top it off when I got home they forgot my fries and I had to drive back down there, I didn’t even get a sorry or any compensation. I believe I spoke to the manager. If you don’t give a shit about customer service you need to quit your job and go find another. It’s not my job to check my order to make sure YOU put everything in there. Moral of story lazy ass people that don’t care about their job maybe that’s why your stuck at a fast food joint. Happened several times before I’m definitely not returning here ever again. BAD Customer service. Made me waste my gas all due to your mistake :(

Came during my lunch break to dine in, the minute I walked in I was greeted with excellent customer service by the cashier & the manager. Friendly smiles & very professional & fast service. I sat down while I waited for my food, when it finished, the cashier brought it over to my table. Very nice people. Overall great experience :)

I ordered 2 Spicy Chicken sandwiches with extra Pickle and received no Pickle on either one. The sandwich was so dry it must have been made hours in advance. I ordered 6 tacos, all of which were cold and stale and disgusting. To top it off my order of Curly fries were small pieces that were cold and burnt and tasted like week old oil. It really is hard to understand how serving food like that warrants $ 15 hr. This is why I don’t eat out much and am beyond disappointed with Jack in the Box. Does anyone have pride in what they do anymore?

I always get good customer service but as the drive thru person had to go to take the drive thru order a manager or lead(red shirt) came to finish my order, but in a very rude way. I was disappointed at the fact that he was a manager and isn’t doing his job in providing outstanding customer service as I got a coffee he only gave me the cup when I asked for the lid he seemed frustrated and just gave it to as if someone forced him… but at the end when I received my order the manager(gray shirt) did an outstanding job making sure I had everything I needed !! I will need to get names next time

Just grab drive thru and we always come here probably spend about $ 300.00 dollars a month And you would think employees would remember you. Nothing more I hate than getting your order wrong And if you ask for sweet and sour and hot souce and getting home and they didn’t give you some. I feel bad for this post but like I said we spend about 300 dollars a month in this location have reciepts to prove it. Again folks don’t drive away verify your order

So this Jack in the Box is a Sad Excuse for the other jack in the boxes! If you ever come here make sure you check your order before you drive away as I had a few experiences at this location so I can talk bad about the others. Every time and I mean 8 of the 10x I been here something has been wrong with my order from getting burgers with out the meat to missing items from my orders, i have made Big orders and the smallest orders and they still can’t get it right. There food looks messy, Its so sad this place really has to get it together like corporate really needs to get involved. Its gotten so bad. At this point i blame myself now because I should know better by now and check my orders before I drive away! Or just drive across the street to McDonalds And when u call back to let them know about your order they try and argue on how it is in the bag

First let me say the customer service is great. It seems as though the median age for the employees is 20, which is not a bad thing, just an observation. Now I come here pretty often for the coffee since it’s so close to work. Today I ordered a chicken sandwich and I asked to customize it. Well I guess this isn’t Burger King and you can’t have it your way. They were plenty nice about taking my order and provided my food quickly. However when I got back home to eat my food it was completely wrong. I mean I paid $ 5 for lettuce and a skinny chicken patty and I’m not kidding. No toppings, no tomato, just lettuce and a chicken patty. Now I don’t really know what happened? They seem to take my order down correctly and it wasn’t even through the drive thru. I was not happy so I called the store to let them know about their mistake only to find the number was wrong. Haha. So I guess I better stick to the coffee then.

Peach iced tea is better than mango iced. Way better :-) I love the drive thru here. Since this is the closest one to my boyfriends house it’s always good for a late run for some tacos.

The only fast food joint I know that has the best customer service(drive thru) I usually do late night runs and the manager here actually greets and says thank you for a difference. Even the workers are trained well with a smile.

ugh i absolutely HATE this jack in the box. it’s utterly disgusting, theres always trash all over the floor & tables, condiments stuck on tables. plenty of workers doing nothing but yip yapping, like hello do they not see how freakin messy it is?!
