Fashion Eyes Optometry

I’ve been coming to Fashion Eyes for 3 years now. I think it’s the best when it comes to doctors and staff. They are extremely helpful. The doctor’s and the staff will spend ample time with you and explain anything and everything that comes to your mind. They have a large selection of glasses and if you don’t see anything that you like in there showroom they can order it for you. I’m a fan! Thanks Fashion Eye’s!

I came here for my eye exam as a walk in and they were pretty good at getting me in as soon as possible. The doctor was extremely friendly and I would definitely give him 5 stars. As far as the selection I would say better than average, I’m pretty pleased with the glasses I got. BUT. I had issues with the staff there, while I was shopping for my glasses I was completely hovered by the male sales associate. I felt so much pressure to make a decision it was rather uncomfortable to shop. But whatever, I got a pair that I was happy with so I didn’t mind too much. Another great thing was they were able to get my glasses in pretty fast (about 1 week). However i realized that glasses we’re not for me. so I came back again as a walk in for contacts, and the same sales associate helps me but was extremely rude. This time I was pressed for time so I couldn’t wait for the MD. but this guy was so rude to me did not even offer to book me an appointment. If I could get an appointment to meet with the doctor and not see him again then I definitely would, but unfortunately they have lost my business.

Yay just got my paul smith glasses. Love this place. Always friendly and prices is pretty good on glasses.

The bf has been coming here for quite awhile. And, while I would always hate to admit it, I’m getting old and my eyes aren’t as awesome as when I was a wee gal.
Bf highly recommended this place (of course you do, sweetie) and I have gone into this optometry with him before (playing the role of supportive girlfriend), so I had an idea of the procedures of getting eyes checked would entail.
Dr. Cheung may look young, but he definitely has constant patients, and knows his stuff. I hadn’t had a good eye check for probably around 5 years, and then the bf told me to get them checked once I had my insurance. They had to do the air puff test for glaucoma (hate this device), did a few light stuff into my eyes, and then was ushered into the examination room. Dr. Cheung put those cool goggle/​glass films over my eyes to see how bad my eyes adjusted (my favorite part is when EVERYTHING IS SOOO CLEAR). Figured out my prescription, waited outside for a minute or two, and then one of the other employees helped pick out my glasses based on my insurance coverage.
Easy-​peasy. Who doesn’t like easy-​peasy?
Parking isn’t bad. Lots of road bumps in the middle of the parking lot (I still don’t understand why there is a bump and then another bump 3 feet afterwards…). Staff has always been courteous. They do get a little stressed when there are a lot of people needing help. Walk-​ins are fine, but the place is pretty super-​busy on Saturdays, and you may not be able to see the doc. So, definitely call ahead of time to make an appointment!

I’ve been going to this office for several years now and I would never go anywhere else! Dr. Cheung always takes the time to answer all my questions, he’s very patient and extremely knowledgable. I never feel rushed and I feel very comfortable in the office. His staff is very friendly and the service here is amazing. They always squeeze me in and accommodate my busy schedule. They have the top brands in contact lenses and also have a large selection of designer glasses and sunglasses too. I highly recommend this office and I can assure you that you will not be disappointed! Dr. Cheung is the best!

I found this place through my vision insurance, and they are excellent!
Dr. James Cheung gives me the eye exams and he’s always been great. Never had a problem and always answers any questions I may have.
Erik always helps me with picking frames. He’s really patient, friendly and is honest if you need a second opinion. Being patient is really a key factor for me because I am one indecisive chick. He doesn’t rush me at all and lets me try on an endless number of frames. He’s always been really helpful, even when I’m relentlessly searching for for discontinued designer frames and asking him to check with the designer reps. he’s still very friendly.
Highly recommend this optometry office.
