DISGRACE! Today just really upset me! These employees really act like a tiny spoonful of steak comes out of their pay checks! If I wanted a baby size portion for the same price, I would’ve stayed home and ate a bowl of cereal. Such a HUGE disappointment!

One star is because chipotle is USUALLY good. You would think after the entire E. coli outbreak chipotle would do anything to bring customers back. This location seems to have a reputation for sucking balls on the regular. Whether you order a bowl or a burrito I would suggest you avoid this location and their 5 whopping piece of meat portions(I didn’t ask for toddler size). Btw, do the employees get charged per cube of meat here? Seems like it.

I ate at this Chipotle on the evening of 2⁄13. I ordered a steak bowl from the first guy. I great him with a smile, he reciprocated and served what I asked. So far so good. Then the next person. There is a hosting name on the receipt, it says Kathryn, but I didn’t look at the girls name tag so I don’t know if it’s actually her. Same deal, I greet her with a smile but this girl won’t even look at me. Whatever though, some people are nice and courteous, other just aren’t. She asked what I want and so I tell her. I sees that she starts skipping what I asked for, first time she reluctantly listens and then the 2nd time she just completely ignored me. I thoroughly tried to get her attention but she just wasn’t having it. Why though? Management staff: if you see someone is having a bad day and has a bad attitude, why not just put them in the back? Or, just send them home. Why keep them in the position with the most interaction with customers? It just doesn’t make sense to me. Anyway, she continues to ignore me and closes my food on up and slides it down to the cashier. Once again, I didn’t read the name on this guy’s name tag but the name on the receipt says Ryan. I have to ask him for the 2nd ingredient that she wouldn’t listen to. This guy gives genuine good customer service, gave me what I asked for and finished the rest of the transaction. I hate going into a place in an entirely good mood and then leaving in a whatever mood as a result of having to deal with some jackass. But in the end the food was great either way. So there’s always that.

I am done with Chipotle, not because of the E. Coli madness, but because of their poor customer service and portions problem. The hot girl in front of me gets a chicken bowl. She gets a spoon full of chicken, and then asks for«a little more», and the dude gives her another spoon full of chicken. I am right behind her and ask for a double meat bowl, and seem to have gotten less meat than she did, even though I’m paying for double meat. So I told the guy that he gave the woman in front of me more meat, even though I am paying more, and he gives me a rude look and puts like 3 more little pieces of steak in my bowl while mumbling something, and I’m sure I still got less meat than she did. If Chipotle makes a comeback, I won’t be a customer to experience it. I can get much more food for $ 13 at many other places. And you should fire the Latino guy with the big hair serving at around 2:30 pm today.

This location is really bad. They put everything away an hour before closing. I went in and they told me «we ran out of everything»… What? Didn’t make sense but i knew they had just put everything away. These people just wanted to go home asap from work.

I stopped by here last night and I had the most pleasant experience here out of all and many chipotles I’ve been to. When I came they were grilling a fresh batch of chicken so i asked if i can wait till that one is ready. The two guys constantly checked in with me the remaining time it’d take till it is ready. Once it was ready the cashier putting my bowl together was so friendly! And I’ll admit I’m one of those annoying customer that likes a lot of fajitas and cheese on the side and other shit lol! I hope he’s reading this THANKYOU

Rude staff, bad customer service. If they do not enjoy their job, the should work at a store that does not associate with people. They are greedy with their portions and get upset when you ask for more beans/rice. Portions are very small and also comes with a bad attitude.

I felt robbed today when I ordered a burrito and received the smallest burrito I’ve ever seen!!! It’s so sad I had to pay 8 dollars for the poor quantity of food received. For this reason I will never ever come back to this location because I’m not confident they are representing the company and making the meals properly. Management needs to step in and address the issue. Im not surprised by the star rating on Unilocal, management should care more about how customers feel and should strive to raise their numbers.

This chipotle is in the mall, but don’t be fooled! This place is a grade A, restaurateur establishment. I came in late while they were closing, but the line workers and cashier still provided excellent customer service. They were friendly and extra speedy 5 stars chipotle, would definitely eat here again

Unilocal reviews of a chain restaurant sound weird, but this Chipotle location in the West Covina mall has deserved my review. Every single time I’ve come to this particular Chipotle location to get burritos they somehow shorthand the food; invariably if you buy 3 or 4 burritos, one of them, usually the last one will be too small. Or if there is a girl/woman in your party, her order will be made noticeably smaller(even if you order it to-go it may be for somebody else, and they have no right to judge how much the customer wants to eat). It’s like they been told to be stingy with the food whenever possible. I have not had this problem in other Chipotle locations, the burritos are usually decent for the price, but at this location the stinginess problem is patent. Let’s face it, you’re paying around $ 7 for a burrito, that in itself is expensive. Basically it amounts to $ 7 for a tortilla and 3 spoons of food. But, if on top of that these people are going to be stingy when serving the food it makes it a real rip-off ! A couple of times I decided to complaint and make the attendant fix the squalid burrito he had prepared for me, even with a line of people after me, I have no problem with that, but I don’t enjoy spending energy fighting with people all the time. If I’m paying for the darn thing I expect proper value for my dollar, or I’d rather go buy tacos from a food truck on the street. I hope the manager at this store reads this and reconsiders the value of a business model that includes being stingy when providing service to the customers.

Chipotle is pretty much same good everywhere you go, so this review is solely based on their customer service. Went in today and got my usual, burrito bowl with lots of corn. I love the corn salsa so much that I always asked for two extra scoops! After I paid, my boyfriend and I decided to dine in. As soon as I took a bite of my bowl, I realized that the corn was super cold, like almost frozen cold. I recent has work done on my teeth that made them very sensitive, especially when I bite down on cold food. I didn’t want to be that person that complains, but, I really couldn’t enjoy my meal like that. I went in to ask if there was any possible way of reheating my bowl. They offered to make me a new on and apologized for the corn. Apparently it hadn’t thawed completely since their corn shipments are usually frozen and they had just received shipment. I really didn’t want to waste food so I asked for a hot tortilla to put over my bowl to warm it up. They did that for me and apologized by giving me a coupon. The young man at the register was so well spoken and so polite to me! Really excellent customer service from the team overall. Puente hills chipotle is closer to me, but if I’m craving it, I’ll make the drive hers just because of the service.

Chipotle used to be a thing made of greatness. I can’t pinpoint when they started sliding downhill but nowadays the food is a hit or miss. Its inconsistency should be enough to convince me to avoid this place, but I keep coming back with the idea implanted in my head that they are still what they used to be years ago… The portions have significantly shrunk. This particular location runs out of things fairly quick — just yesterday there were no carnitas available, and I had to wait an extra five minutes for a new batch of fajitas to be made. Lines can get long and slow-moving at lunch time and seats are limited. However the quality of the meat didn’t noticeably plummet — I still think they are tasty and decent for a fast food chain, and I fully support their effort in continuing to use organic ingredients only. The workflow can get shoddy as they easily run out of things and the pace is slower than a lot of other chipotle locations I’ve visited. Service is also a hit or miss — one time I asked for a new bottle of chipotle sauce from the back since there was only one out and it was occupied by another customer, but the employee insisted that I wait for that same bottle… Another time I found a plastic object in my food which really grossed me out. On the bright side, the manager offered to give me a full refund and he profusely apologized for their mistake. I guess a big reason I keep returning is the fact that it is relatively faster and healthier than a lot of my options around here, but I really miss old Chipotle :(((

I use the Chipotle application to place my orders since I’m on the go most of the time and it’s done me well for the most part! … Until I stumbled upon this location. The first time I placed the order, my boyfriend picked up it up. When I opened my bowl, at least 25% of the bowl was gone and was I left with a pool of sour cream. Second time, I placed the order through the application once again and decided to pick up the order personally. Recalling my previous experience, I felt the need to check the bowl before I left the store. Lo and behold, my bowl had a fraction missing once again. This time, I was able to ask them for a bit of extra white rice in a container(which I waited almost 10 minutes for) I tell(erm, tweet) my friends not to come here. Not only do I believe no employee will care enough to do a quality check on orders going out, I don’t think anyone takes the time to read the slips properly. Not only am I missing a portion of my food, but guacamole is slabbed across my bowl when I requested it to be on the side and when I ask for brown rice, I receive white rice instead. This has happened on both occasions and I can’t tell if they are doing this to spite me or they’re just consistently bad at their job. I absolutely love Chipotle, I really do. Just not this one.

This is by far the ABSOLUTEWORSTCHIPOTLE I HAVEEVERBEENTO! I am a Chipotle connoisseur. I’ve been to Chipotle in New York, Boston, and all over Southern California. This particular one is a fucking joke! Chips are ALWAYS stale. Portion sizes are laughable. I had to serve some ass today as an employee only served me half of the fucking ladle, HALF!!! Like I’m paying 11 fucking bucks for this shitty ass meal. Half a ladle of rice, beans, hardly any salsa. I kindly asked for him to add ‘extra’ corn cuz by this point I was seriously annoyed. Then came the time when I asked for guac. Can you guess how much he served?! HALF!!! I lost my shit, and I asked him if he was serious about that portion? I then asked him to pile that shit with more guac. I didn’t give an effing rats ass if other people stared. I don’t usually get this pissed over shitty restaurants. But I was starving. I will never return here. And I’m pretty sure they’ll be happy not to have me as a customer cuz I was extra rude towards the end. Damn right I’m owning up to that. You guys are a joke and hope you read this. ASSH****!!!

I ordered the steak taco what a mistake one of the worst and horrible taco I ever had. Order to go came home to eat the taco. When I held the taco with my hand the soft tortilla broke before eating my taco. Get real and don’t be a cheapskate and use 2 tortilla to make your taco so this does not happen before eating. What a cheap ass place. My wife order Chicken Burrito I took a bite to try it out really terrible. I think the only thing that we order was there chip. What a total fubar place will never go back to this place the worst food I ever had in my entire life.

Just when I start to question my generosity of 5 star reviews, this place reminds me that I actually, DO have standards!!! yay! Upon entering, I was greeted by the nice young man behind the counter, he places my brown rice, half chicken/steak(Yes, i get both because I am a savage), my salsas, beans… and then hands me right over to Miss. Skimpy Skimp with the glasses. Yes, I know guac is extra, and since you do too, why are you giving me so LESS? I’m not complaining on the guac though, cause it was enough for me actually. but when it came to finishing my bowl with the lettuce. Girl… She just sprinkled it on with two fingers and called it a day. I had to ask her to add more, and she did the 2 finger pinch again. it’s LETTUCE, for god’s sakes. acting like it’s shaved truffle… I actually think restaurants give more truffle than she did, my lettuce. the brown rice was undercooked too, but I was hungry, so whatevs.

Been here a few times and the food is hit and miss which is pretty sad since chipotle is usually consistent. Today I had a chicken quesadilla. There wasn’t enough cheese to hold the tortilla together. What a waste!

I usually don’t review food chains like this but I love Chipotle so I thought I’d give it a go-see. Environment — this place opens into the mall so it’s a good place to be heading to after a day of shopping. Or like me, a time of trying to work out at the gym. It might be a little loud but it’s a good environment to be loud yourself while you’re there. I’ts located across from Red Robins(which was totally packed on the weeknight that I went). Service — it was a little slow, but I think it’s because there are a lot of new workers. Other than that, people are pretty cool here. Food — dude, it’s Chipotle! Everything is great :) YAY!
