This was a 4 star rating but they recently got new management. The old management were great… Anthony and Crystal are going to be missed and new management has huge shoes to fill! So far the management is rude and doesn’t make you feel welcomed. Management makes a difference when it comes to the place I call home and right now I’m not feeling like I’m at home anymore. May consider moving when my lease is up and the new management will be soley responsible for my decision.

I just moved in about 11 months ago. There’s always police here! Someone just got arrested today in apt. #86 for drug related charges. I was walking with my three kids, and there were cops everywhere trying to arrest the guy in the apt. One other lady who have been living here for 7 years told me that Apt# 86 always have the apt security responding to that apt. with complaints. She says management knows but fails to do anything! Is it because it’s money in their pockets. Now I am scared because my husband works nights. I hope the CORPORATEOFFICE stands behind their commitment to a «Drug Free Living» community, and not just satisfied with collecting rent! Don’t move here unless you want to live with drug offenders. Once my husband gets his job transfer to Nevada we are out of here!!!

Apartments here are very nice. However management has very bad business practices. When you move in here they require a deposit. When you move out no matter what you will not get that back. No matter if its move in ready. My apartment is spotless but I have to pay over $ 400 in fees which is taken out of my $ 500 deposit. And they haven’t even calculated how many hours I have to pay the workers for repairing the apt. Ill post a link at some point with pictures of my apt and the conditions. Beware guys the website looks fine and dandy but the reality is they have very terrible people skills and practices.

I lived here for about a year. They were really nice and helpful until I moved in and settled. I had nothing but problems with the two ladies in the office. Anthony was the only one nice and understanding. Also you have to pay for all the bills and if you put a deposit they will find a way to keep it. The managers kids are very loud and disrespectful. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

The units are kind of small and expensive. They pay ABSOLUTELYNOUTILITIES! You get your own light bill, plus another light bill for the complex that also bills you for sewer and trash. Also, the manager Anthony is nice, however, there are two other ladies in the office. The older white lady will be nice until you move in… then she’s totally rude! Also if you don’t let them know your moving right when your lease is up, they automatically will put you on a new lease! I thought I could leave after 14 months(since I complied with my year lease) Boy… was I wrong! They actually fined me for that! Completely ridiculous and money hungry! Doesn’t matter how clean your apartment is… Say goodbye to your deposit! They will NOT give you a penny back.

Lived there for more than 5 years was a safe place for my kids to grow up. The Manager Anthony was always super helpful. We left because we bought a home. Otherwise we would probally still be there.
