Babies A Lot

If you want what you ordered don’t shop here. I ordered a $ 1,300 package that came with crib, mattress, crib set, stroller, carseat, walker, tub set, clothes, blankets and a diaper bag. I haven’t opened any of the packages other than the crib which I ordered in espresso they gave me in cherry but labeled the box espresso. I had to call and it took over two months for them to do anything about it. They even asked how I know it’s cherry and not espresso –_​– finally after two months I have what is suppose to be the correct crib in the right color but we haven’t had a chance to open it been too busy with doctor appointments.
Before realizing how horrible the customer service is at this store I sent my sister-​in-​law here so she could get the same deal. She ordered a different crib but in espresso as well. They also gave her cherry and marked it as espresso. The carseat she ordered they didn’t have in stock so she said she would wait for them to get it and they told her no she can take the display. She didn’t want the dirty display she wanted a new one in the box like she paid for and they just told her no it was either the display or she would have to take another one that they had in stock.
They have a no refund no exchange policy. So if you actually want to get what you paid shop elsewhere.

WOW! All I can say!!! They offer a package that you can pay for monthly until baby is born which is AWESOME! But beware if your baby does not make it no refunds! No exceptions. My sister in law gave birth to our niece on sunday at 35 weeks and she unfortunatly passed away Wed. She called to get a refund because we are putting together all our money to bury the precious baby and they told her she couldnt get it back store credit only! STORE CREDIT are you kidding me? Her baby didnt make it what the hell is she going to use store credit for she doesnt have a baby and thats all they sell she is having to bury her baby. I will definantly be reporting them everywhere as negative and beware. And to make matters worse they went in to get stuff for there store credit to sell to make money for the funeral and they told her they need proof the baby died. She just passed hello does she need to show you she wasnt due until august and has no more belly. Do we need to show you pictures of the precious baby girl! It is ridiculous and horrible and I would be ashamed to work for this company! I will never ever step foot in there again!!! I am beyond appalled!
