Just left here…
Called to see what they had available to have a previous set SOAKED off and a reg manicure. Woman who answered seemed annoyed already but said she could take me and to come right alway.
I should have trusted my guy and not even bothered, but I was desperate.
I go, and the place itself was just like any other nail shop. Pretty basic, just whatever…
The woman who «greeted» me was short and rude and had me sit down at a dirty station… I for sure should have left then. But like I said. I was desperate lol
I tell her specifically that I need my nails SOAKED off, like 3 times. She then still proceeds to grab a nail tip to remove my old acrylic. She asked if she could at least try, because the acetone «takes forever» and is «bad for my skin». So okay whatever I let her try. Pinky nail came off fine, next nail, not so much. The second it hurt I got up and walked out.
I am a professional hairstylist and take my clients hair seriously, especially the integrity of their hair. I would expect the same from a nail tech. I have since learned my lesson and will be more patient and wait for a professional nail salon who cares about the integrity of their clients nails. And who cares about their business.

Been coming here a while now and actually was looking around for another spot because this place is closed on Sundays. But decided to make time and come for my pedi by Tammy. She is the girl to go to.

3 weeks and my gel French manicure still looks amazing. No chipping! Sophia is amazing!

UPDATE: my acrylic nail
On my thumb came off while I was cooking, just on its own, only 10 days after acrylic and gel manicure. Yeah, bad job, and bad service.
The name of the place is very ironic, a more accurate name would be 1 star for poor service and lack of professionalism. I have been there enough times to know that I am not returning after today. The gel in my nails chipped off/​melted away within days and on top of it they filed my nails so thin that they were breaking even with gel on. I was actually in pain while they were filing my nails and when I said it, the woman who was doing my nails accused me of being sensitive. The women in there are so loud and speak in their own language and they sound like they are talking about you because they all turn around and look at you. They also laugh as they do that. The lady filing my nails did not even compare them finger to finger, or hand to hand, and as a result some nails were filed longer than I wanted and although I asked for round she was filing my nails square and I had to request rounder so many times. She was so busy running her mouth that she couldn’t do her job right. Then she said something in her language that sounded like she was complaining again, after I pointed out how uneven my nails are. I asked for the same pink for my toes as the gel on my hands and she brought something that didn’t even match (pastel pink

My sister came down from San Fransisco and we decided to get our nails done here since it was close to my apartment. When we first walk in, the place was empty. They got us seated right away, and the ladies basically force us to choose a color so quickly. I aimed for a brown nude color and they suggest that i should go with this other nude color, which turn out to be a pinkish nude color. After, we decided we wanted to get gel nails. When we were finish, I realize there was a lot of lints in my nails, and even worst, you could see it since my nails is basically sheer. Also, they add a lot of coat where my nails became and feel so lumpy. After 6 days, the gels were wearing off already. It was pretty pricey for the quality we got. Best to go somewhere else.

Found this Salon on Unilocal while on vacation with my wife. Called the day before for an appointment. A little difficult to understand but it was worth it. They were very nice as my wife got a pedicure and I got a manicure. We read a magazine and watched TV while they performed their magic. We were both very pleased with their service. Nice, quite and relaxing.

I’ve been going since it opened. The staff is always friendly, the shop is always immaculate and of. course great nails! Sophia had good attention to detail.

Decided to try this place out for my usual, gel French tip mani. They are always so nice and attentive. I’ve never waited, was seated right away. I go see my same lady every time… Forgot her name, but she’s sweet and ensures I leave completely happy. Prices are awesome… Def found my go-​to for nails.

This is the second time I have been here and I will never go back. Not only did they rush my manicure, and charge me DOUBLE, but they didn’t even use the polish I wanted or do what I wanted. Why not do what the customer wants??? She said, «this will last longer»… It lasted 1 week. Usually my gel manicures last at least 2 – 3 weeks.
They also have very poor service. Rushing every appointment and cutting corners to hurry and finish.

After they cut my mom’s skin from being careless, they still charged my mom the full amount! I called the manager to complain why they would have a very poor service and still charged their money and all the manager had to say was say sorry. Sorry is not enough if you are being careless and cut someone’s skin. Very lousy manager Sofia and very lousy worker Julie. not focused on the job be careful when you walk in here. I am reporting the accident in Board of Cosmetology and barbering first thing Monday morning.

Really wanted to like this place because I heard a lot of great reviews, however I refused service the moment I walked in because they were «busy.» It’s unfortunate to see businesses like these to create a bad name for themselves by practicing such poor customer service. Being that I’ve been in the beauty industry for 10 plus years, I definitely do not believe in turning clients away, it’s truly unacceptable, very unprofessional and just flat out lazy.

First time here and I loved it! Staff is very friendly, shop is super clean. Décor is nice! They have a few large tv’s up, the massage chairs actually work (most salons they don’t lol), they even wax, cut hair, do eyelash extensions, and airbrush eye brows. One stop shop! They actually had a line of people outside waiting for them to open. That’s def a good sign!!! Will highly recommend and definitely come back again.

Walked in at 9:30, lady at front told me to wait since the employees are late. I waited for 10mins and 2 customers walked in for an appointment. Front desk lady looked at me and said «leave cause we cannot see you today»… Talk about rude! Poor service. Walked out and took my business else where

This was my first time here I always passed by it when I come to other two places within same shopping center. I came around 6:30 PM, the service is really really good and quick. I got a pedicure just to clean the up the toes it cost about $ 15 & and included a relaxing spa service. I would recommend this place the people are nice they has several TVs to keep u occupied during whatever service u came in for, and the the place over all is very clean and does t smell like there’s a over abundance of chemicals in the air… I would definitely recommend this place.

This nail salon is located off the 10E fwy inside the 85 degrees plaza.
My go to lady for my waxing and pedi/​mani is Christine. She’s a sweet lady and never forceful or pushy.
It seems like all the ladies here are pretty nice and know what they’re doing.

If I could give this place negative reviews, I would.
I came in here while waiting for Mercedes to be serviced. I brought my daughter.
The manager was in disgust the moment I walked in.
She didn’t like that my daughter had a snack with her. «She’s not allowed to eat in here.» Oh I’m sorry, but I didn’t see a «no food or drinks sign» my bad.
Then my daughter got her nails done. She was finished before I was.
In the middle of my service, my daughter wanted to sit in the pedicure chair next to me. The manager threw a fit. «These are new chairs, if she breaks it…» First of all, my kid is 2. I highly doubt she’s strong enough to break ur chair.
Then, she tried picking my kid up to move her. That’s when I got up, and said do not touch my child. She then says «maybe you should come back without her.» In a rude tone.
So I replied, «I’m not coming back here. I’ve never been to a nail salon that my kid isn’t welcome at, or that has been told this many times what she should be doing.» (I take my daughter weekly to do out nails and have never once had a problem.)
She then flips out and says «well maybe u should learn how to raise your kid!»
I then lost it, and got in her face. The lady is lucky I am not 23 anymore or I would’ve gone to jail for popping her in the face.
You do not touch other peoples children.
I’m now 86d.

Ask for Vicky! She was very helpful. She explained everything to me since I’m pretty new at this, gave me my options, and we chatted for a little about what to expect from my long fake nails.

This place is simply clean, friendly, and efficient.
I got a pedicure on a Thursday evening by appointment for $ 15 with Jennifer. She was friendly, good, and frequently asked if I was comfortable and if everything was ok. They accept walk-​ins, but the walk-​ins that came in around the same time we got there had to wait about 15 – 20 min.
They have massage chairs and the water in the foot soak tubs have jets and even have lights that change colors!
I’m so glad this place opened and so close to me. Will def be coming back.

Prices change, I think they are a bit pricey for thier service. It’s not bad service by all means but could be better. Place is always really clean and there is hardly ever a wait. They have a good color selection. I’ve been happy with my nails every time I’ve gone. They can be a little slow.
Also, one of the ladies Husband is always there (I think they’re the owners) but he just sits in a chair watching everyone and is a bit odd, but nice fellow. Just seems to be hanging out.
