Disgustingly dirty inside store, middle aged lady in curtain dept very rude and not helpful, she followed me and kept putting things i have look at away giving a dirty look. Had to wash all the dirt off if my hands after looking at the curtains, this lady should have been cleaning instead of being a nuisance to a customer!!!

Came here on a Saturday afternoon… the busiest time of day for any home improvement store. Got one set of washers for my father. Associates were very helpful finding what I needed because I had no idea what to look for or where to find it. Well went to check out… out of 6 they only had 2 open. Come on… it’s your busiest time of the week. The lines were so backed up they were going into the aisles and several employees were huddled around each other and laughing. No one seemed to care that lines were backed up and moving a a snail’s pace.

Won’t be back — questioned and stared down by 3 managers after looking at the sign clearly posted for all to see of high theft items. While I was waiting in the customer return line management came and ripped the sign off the wall as if I were some kind of criminal myself for looking at it.
