Generally, these would be the bad guys. You would assume that they’re monomaniacal jerks who love nothing more than ruining a person’s day. Au contraire, mon frere! The guy at the desk was really surprisingly nice. He was genuinely sympathetic to my plight. Though it was expensive, he was very understanding. They also had a cool pen that I got to write with. USC Parking Services is a sadistic horrible organization. They don’t care at all about the students. It would seem that they’re under the impression that giving people abusive parking tickets is the summum bonum of the University.

Was stranded with a flat in a shopping center parking lot. Called my insurance company, they got them top come out. Said it was going to be within the hour, but the guy showed up in twenty minutes. Asked me some questions and he got right to work.
He carried a conversation with me while he worked. And was also courteous to the other drivers who he had to block with his truck.
I would definitely keep them in mind when I need a tow experience.
