i have been here so many times and 95% of the time they get something wrong, mind you the order is a large dr pepper in a styrofoam cup and 2 sausage biscuits. i have called corporate office multiple times and never get any answers.

Every time I go to this McDonald’s something is wrong with my order. This time I ordered 2 cheeseburger, large fry, large coke, large mcflurry, 20 piece nugget w sweet and sour. I was missing a cheeseburger(this was after the guy at the window tried to ring me up for the wrong order.) Fine, whatever, no big deal, I go in and ask for the other one. In the meantime there are 3 other people in there whose orders were wrong. I get home and I have no sauces and a kids size fry. Awesome. I’ll be going elsewhere next time.

Was just here a few minutes ago, and when i pulled up to the second window I had someone in Spanish telling me I don’t know what. Finally after she made some hand gestures I knew what she meant. I’m not a racist and could careless she doesn’t speak English but why have her at the drive thru? So I then Had to pull forward for a drink and a fry(seriously?) I had to wait for two things it takes a second to put together? Well half a star for this dumps service and another half a star for the quality of the foods.

I give it four stars because they open 24⁄7. If you are hungry this is a place to be. Too bad now they close the doors on the weekends thanks to the teenagers that used to drink and caused problems.

Service at this McDonalds is the worst I have ever seen. Not only is the service slow(most especially drive thru) they cannot get the orders right. Example… I ordered Fish Filet Value Meal and a 6 piece Chicken McNugget Happy Meal. I open the bag before leaving drive thru and I get a 4 piece instead of a 6 piece, they forget to give me my french fries and they give me a toy for a boy when I told them it’s for a girl. This is not the only time they have messed up my order. I can’t count on my fingers how many times they mess up. Avoid this McDonalds and drive further down the street to next one.

The only reason for the 2-star review is because of the AFTERMATH — with a female manager who apologized several times and gave us various free apple pies and iced teas. Here’s the skinny of what happened this morning Sept 30, 2013: — Pulled up to drive-thru. Ordered breakfast items — 6 hash browns and two orders of pancakes and sausage. Paid for items, was told to pull up. — Pulled up to the pick-up window. Was told to «pull up a bit to the side — we are making more hash browns, we will run your order out to you.» Okay, no big deal. This isn’t uncommon. — While waiting on the side, there is another car in front of us — also«waiting» for their order. Music was loud and we noticed what appeared to be 2 Hispanic males. — About 5 minutes later, we notice an employee walking out with 2 bags of food, and then 2OBVIOUS pancake platter plates in her other hand. We assumed our one bag and the pancakes were ours as we had ordered, and the other bag was for the car in front of us. As the employee is walking past our car, we thought something was weird so we said nicely, «hey, are those our pancakes and hash browns?» She said, «No, this order is all for this car.» Strange, but okay no problem, we thought. It is possible. — A few seconds later, we notice the car in front of us squeal their tires a bit and«book out» of the parking lot. — A minute or so after that, the same lady comes out and asks us, «I’m sorry, what did you order again?» At this point it became clear she gave OUR order to the car in front of us, but still we reserved judgment. We again told her we ordered 2 orders of pancakes and 6 hash browns. She says, «okay hold on let me go check.» — About 2 minutes later, a completely different woman comes out, and apologizes and says to us — what we already knew — that our order had been accidentally given to the car in front of us. Obviously the car in front of us probably knew that when they were given the food through their car window and an extra bag, but they didn’t want to return the food. That is why they booked out of the parking lot. At this, we told this new woman that we were very displeased at the incompetency of what had just happened. We told the woman that we even ASKED the other woman as she was walking towards the first car if part of that order was ours, and she said«no.» — This new woman, probably a manager, apologized about 4 times to us and said she would have our proper order brought out. We waited a few more minutes and our order was then brought out, and the woman brought out a few free iced teas and some apple pies before apologizing again. — This gesture was nice and the second woman was very nice — hence the 2-star rating, but overall — the service beforehand was — as we described — very incompetent and these kind of incidents further lend to why places like McDonald’s and other fast food joints are often given low praises. Finally — we hope the car in front of us who refused to return the food that wasn’t theirs enjoyed their free breakfast(and dinner) on our, and ultimately McDonald’s, dime. Idiots.
