My husband and I shopped 5 stores over the past few days looking for furniture for our deck. We found Ultimate Patios via Unilocal and was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted immediately by the owner Gale. She was so nice and lovely as she showed us around her show room. She respectfully left us alone as we looked and discussed the options to determine our needs. We found the prices extremely fair and quite frankly a better deal than we saw at competitive stores. We are thrilled with our purchase and all of the fabric options for the cushions and the umbrella that we chose. There are guarantees on everything that we purchased which is awesome. We are so excited to receive our furniture and highly recommend Ultimate Patios for anyones future purchase for their patio needs. You will not be disappointed supporting this local business

I totally agree about other reviewers, particularly regarding the awful owner. We went there today to look at furniture. We were writing down the price of a dining set and you would have thought we were stealing the entire set. She told us that if is very «unusual» for anyone to write down a price and that her prices were «confidential». Ok, the prices are listed on the furniture, how can they be confidential??? Obviously, we left and as my husband said, he wouldn’t buy a pack of gum from that witch. BTW, when we walked in it was the owner and another salesperson, sitting there doing absolutely nothing. No other customers in the store, should have been our first hint.

Terrible business person follows you around store as if your stealing. Took a picture of a Christmas tree and owner was highly insulted and accused us of scanning barcode. Perhaps your crazy mark up would make you feel guilty for robbing people blind. No worries I will never shop here again and will make sure to tell everyone I know in the area the same. Good luck with business. Treat customers like your livelihood and maybe you will be more successful. NO THANKS. I do not tolerate rudeness.
