This company was highly recommended to me by family and friends. Timothy Off just completed replacing my central air conditioning and venting systems which were ancient. After having a bad experience with another company, the Timothy Off gentleman who completed the estimate, Bruce, was very prompt and helpful. He was very patient with all the questions I had. Before installation the company sent me pictures of the two installation technicians who were coming. The two technicians were very efficient and respectful of our home. Installation took a day and a half to complete but due to the excessive heat they were kind enough to assure our bedrooms were hooked up to cool down so we would not suffer another day of misery in the hot weather. The mechanical tester who came to do one last check was again quick, efficient and very kind. I am very happy I selected this company to replace my AC unit. They have a company warranty that states in a nutshell if I am not happy with anything that they will fix it within 30 days or refund my money. Can’t ask for much more than that! I highly recommend this company

Do not trust this company! I had them out 2 years ago for their «AC tune up service» special for $ 79. I saw their ad on a billboard in West Chester and the previous owner of my house used Timothy Off, so I figured they were reputable. BIG mistake. The guy came out, inspected my unit and then proceeded to tell me that I needed to spend anywhere from $ 8,000-$ 10,000 to replace my whole H-​VAC system. Keep in mind I called them for a simple tune up and my system was working properly. He pressured me into thinking I needed it replaced immediately. Thank GOD I got a second opinion. I had an honest person come out from different company my mom recommended and it turns out all my unit needed was some gas. Two years later, it’s still working properly. I know EVENTUALLY it will need to be replaced, but at least I can save money for it down the line. I didn’t need Timothy Off and his dishonest technician to pressure me into getting it replaced right away. I feel they tried to take advantage of a single woman and used scare tactics to pressure me. NOT okay Timothy Off. Do not trust this company!

My wife’s grandparents live in West Chester and we called TimOff for service on their heat pump. The pump is about 10 years old and we were contemplating going ahead and getting a new one. One of Tim’s service technicians came to and looked at the pump also immediately. He was very patient and able to explain the options of a new unit versus repairing the older one. At his suggestion it would be better to repair the unit and give it another 5 years of service versus the extra cost of replacing it at this point. He made a point of calling me first to go over the plan before we all confirmed it was the best plan. I felt he had my family’s best interest in mind… with that I would recommend TimOff to anyone needing HVAC service. Thanks
