I found some leaks in my basement and wanted a thorough fix. Sunjeet came over within a few days of my call to give me a quote. He was easygoing but quickly able to assess the issue within a few minutes. I got quotes from 3 other places in Cincinnati. Their estimates took over 45 min each (why does it need to be so long!!!) and while Sohan/​Sons’ price was in the middle of the pack, I picked Sohan for Sunjeet’s experience, honesty, and integrity. We scheduled his crew to come over soon after and his crew was professional and prompt. The job involved fixing some cracks in the basement wall but to get to it, they needed to remove some stairs and move a concrete sink. They were able to do all of it. While they started the work, they found that the job was going to be more than expected. They still continued the work and were able to finish in a day and a half rather than one day. The solution looks great. While it hasn’t rained yet, I have high hopes. I appreciate their integrity in keeping to the original estimate even though the work took longer than expected. I only wish that they did other contracting work but I appreciate that they focus on what they do best.
