Service King Collision Repair Carlson

Horrendous and deceitful service so far from the Service King at 515 East Market Street in West Chester PA.
My daughter’s was involved in an accident and her car was towed to the center yesterday evening. As of 12:00 PM today, we’d still not heard anything, so I called. I was informed by Aron that someone had called because they needed to send paperwork. I asked what number and he gave my wife’s mobile number. I checked with her and she had no missed calls and no voicemails. Lie #1.
I gave my email address and asked that the paperwork be sent to me. Aron promised that it would. Lie #2.
At 4:30, I’d still not received paperwork via email so called back and got Aron again. He seemed annoyed to be getting my call and I asked whether paperwork had been sent. He went to check, came back and said they would send it again. Most likely Lie #2 told for the second time, as it hadn’t been sent in the first place. Lie #3 — I still have not received an email from Service King and it is now 9:35 PM.
My daughter is a student and cannot afford to rent a car indefinitely, even though 80% is covered by insurance, so I need to resolve this situation quickly for her.
What a disappointment Service King has been so far.

Carlson’s was an excellent experience for me. I had around $ 500 worth of damage and I called them up for an estimate. I spoke with Jim and he was extremely friendly. He was flexible with scheduling me in for a time that worked for me. The estimate was very fair and I felt like they really took the time to assess the damage and explain everything to me thoroughly, instead of just slapping a bill on the counter after a quick walk around. They sent me emails everyday as they were working on my car, updating me on the progress and when it would be ready. They got everything done in just a few days and they stuck to when they had originally scheduled it to be ready for pick-​up. When I went in to pick my car up, Jim greeted me and shook my hand. He walked me outside and walked me around the car, showing me exactly what they had done and how everything had turned out. I thought that was such a great thing to do. I expected them to just hand me the bill, run my card, have me sign, give me my keys and send me on my way. The extra effort went a really long way with me, considering the money that I was about to shovel out. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of work and it was clean and well done. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I strongly recommend this shop to anyone that needs body work done! 5 STARS!

I had a pretty large accident recently. My car needed around $ 15,000 in work. Carlson’s was very professional calling my weekly to keep my updated on the progress of the car. Although it took 6 weeks (a lot of damage), the process was smooth. Best of all, the car looks brand new. Although any accident will result in diminished value, its nice to have my car back without any sign of previous damage. When an innocent error in my phone number resulted in me not getting my car until monday and not friday, Carlson’s paid for the 3 extra rental car days and even delivered my car to my house. That is great customer service. Thank you
