Mr. Nescio handled an estate for my family. At every turn in the process, he seemed to demonstrate a lack of professionalism, from little things like not having proper letterhead paper(his correspondences came on copy paper without, some without any head-stock) and no website, to larger issues like an inability to write a cogent, accurate, and grammatically correct document. This latter issue being the most alarming by far. Documents had to be revised a number of times before they were viable, increasing costs. At settlement mailed large dollar value checks to recipients via regular mail(not registered, not certified, no signature required!). All of this ‘service’ for the ‘discount’ rate of $ 335./hour. Methinks not, indeed!
