I walked in to the West Chester location, near closing time of course, knowing absolutely nothing about cycling except that I wanted to buy a bicycle after spinning indoors for 1.5 years. Porter and Matt were extremely helpful and very patient with me! I was pretty intimidated about walking into a bike store and knowing nothing but wanting to get some serious equipment. They explained everything, gave me confidence to test different types of cycles, and helped me pick the perfect bicycle and accessories. I have returned twice for more gear, help, and a custom fitting with Matt. Montgomery Cyclery truly has the best customer service and experienced knowledge a person could ask for! I bought my cycle on a Wednesday and joined my first group ride 3 days later thanks to the confidence and guidance I received from Matt and Porter!!! I highly recommend Montgomery Cyclery for riders of all levels!

Bought some sweet bikes here. These guys know their stuff.
The selection of mountain bikes at this location seems to far surpass the Montgomery and Loveland locations, as does the customer service. Also visited a couple of competing stores that weren’t terribly impressive in either department.
Prices on accessories are MSRP for the most part, but apparently winter time means Buy One Get One 50% Off which is a pretty good deal.
