Indeed this is a «best kept secret» in West Chester. John and Rich are both professional, courteous and, believe it or not, honest about their business and services rendered. Fortunately, they’re close to home, so if my baby (my Buick) needs tending to, they offer a ride home. Diagnosis is done both expeditiously and efficiently. They will explain the issues in laymen terms and provide the customer with various options, if possible. I would trust these guys with my dream car (Acura NSX) or just my baby Buick SUV. Give this spot a chance for superior service, you will not regret your decision!

We had an absolute fantastic experience at J & W Automotive. After almost being scammed at another location we decided to take our vehicle in for a second opinion. The owner, John, sat us down and showed us all of our options for both short term and long term. We felt very much at ease with the staff here and plan on becoming regulars.
