I’m /was a Big Fan of Enzo’s… BBBBUT, Last night around 8:45ish… My son, his girlfriend and I stopped in for a bite… we sat in the booth next to the kitchen. «After» we placed our order with the«Super nice, super professional, great waitress». we observed the kitchen help«clean the tiles, walls, fans, etc, etc. above the same stoves our food was being cooked on!!! …and if that wasn’t bad enough, a kitchen employee jumped up on the counter, his dirty sneakers just inches from two pizzas on the counter»!!! The kitchen help was playing around, whipping eachother with towels… the same towels they wiped the walls with… did they wash their hands after cleaning the walls?.. didn’t look like it to me! Totally, totally UNACCEPTABLE Enzo’s!!! Don’t know when I’ll be back! Btch28-INV81-SEQ79−21:39:47

Great food and generous portions. They will make you almost anything. Even if not on the menu. Don’t be scared off by the appearance.

Ordered pizza and cheese fries. I expected since they had premade pizza that could be ordered by the slice I could just eat in. They were EXTREMELY pushy about having a server. They wouldn’t let me pay at the counter where we ordered. We got our drinks and slices but she insisted on delivering the cheese fries. She was very unfriendly and gave us dirty looks throughout our time there. It wasn’t busy and there were plenty of seats where people who wanted a server could still be seated. If your a small pizza place you can’t assume people want a server and pressure them into having them. Left uncomfortable. Not an appropriate way to run a pizza place.

Enzo’s is a consistently good neighborhood Italian restaurant that pull off the quick Friday night pizza or a quality Italian meal. Enzo’s saves me a lot of grief when my family cannot decide if we want a nice dinner of just pizza. All members can be satisfied with the options that Enzo’s provides. I am a frequent customer and have been happy every time. One of my favorites is the Spaghetti Broccoli and Spinach that is sauteed in garlic and olive oil. The dish is heavy on the garlic which I enjoy but take as a warning if you dont want the extra kick. I can get a full meal just eating the broccoli and spinach from the dish. Another of my favorite dishes is the Shrimp Parmigiana with pasta. The shrimp are baked with a heavy dose of goey mozzarella. I often take home the side pasta after filling up on the salad and baked bread that come with each meal. Tonight I tried their homemade lobster bisque, the soup had a good flavor with an adequate amount of the cup. My wife highly recommends the Aglio & Oil. If you want a quick evening out that will satisfy everyone or a quick quality take home meal with enough for lunch the next day I recommend Enzo’s.

go for the dinners and the house salad dressing … you cannot go wrong … the dinner platters here are all home made and excellent. The big secret is their House Italian salad dressing is old world recipe and its excellent … you will want some to take home ! If you want excellent service — ask for Elaine … she has been there for many years and loves making people happy. She will even set up your BYPB wine. The Penne ala Caprese dinner special is the best … youwill have leftovers to take home. Just an all around great place to have near home.

Friendly Service and Hot Food Served Here! I visited here on Saturday afternoon at lunch, my son and I had a great experience worth sharing. Our server(Drew) was very helpful and went out of his way to get my son setup first. When my 7yo spilled his drink over the whole table(kids happen), he quickly moved us to another table without hesitation. I got an order of wings extra crispy and they came out perfect, my son had a slice of pepperoni pizza. Good hot food backed with great service. Nice family diner meets neighborhood pizzeria.

I live about one minute away and thought I would give it a try. One of my daughters doesn’t like cheese on her pizza, so I asked to have one quarter of the pizza without cheese. They said they wouldn’t do that. America’s Pie, in downtown West Chester, does that for us every week. Seeing as America’s Pie is considered the best in West Chester, I’ll keep going there for family pizza. I finally did go to Enzo’s for pizza for me and my other daughter since I didn’t need a special order pizza. It was decent; not the best I ever had but certainly not the worst. If they were willing to accommodate my other daughter’s cheese aversion, I would probably go there more often. But I can’t.

I previously rated Enzo’s 4 stars but unfortunately the quality of the product has suffered lately and so has their customer service. The pizza used to be one of the best but my last few trips there were not great. I picked up 4 pizzas there Halloween night and there were a million employees there, but not a lot of customers. The person behind the counter was rude when I picked up my order. I live very close to them so will likely still pick up an occasional pizza from them when I’m rushed for time but there are much better options in the area now.

Not the Enzo’s of old. Don’t waste your time on any veal dish as portions are half of what the used to be and the meat looks and tastes more like pork than beef(veal). Had a similar experience last time we ordered veal parm but thought it was a one-off fail. Sadly it appear to be the new norm. $ 18.00 for what amounts to a pasta dish with mystery meat. A far cry from the standard that built the brand.

Very good for a local inexpensive place. Huge quantity of food! Not fancy, just an inexpensive pizza, sandwich, dinner place.

This place is a good tried and true, steady pizza, pasta and sandwich place. Nothing too fancy and a good option for the indecisive in your group. Its our normal Friday night pizza place.

Great place, can smell the garlic from the road. Chicken parm and sorrento are great, as is the francaise. Great place with lots of food. Carry out is also well worth it

Have done a lot of carry-out from Enzo’s over the years, since the dine-in experience is cramped and loud(the building looks like it was originally a small convenience store or a filling station). My wife and I are experienced Italian cooks, so we order here when we’re just too lazy or rushed to cook at home. The quality is predictably OK, and the portions are generous. However, when I pulled up their online menu to order this week, the price hikes hit me in the face and left a black eye. The owners actually own an upscale Italian seafood restaurant 2 miles south of here, and it looks like the success of that restaurant has gone to their heads. They want to extend the upscale prices from their other restaurant to the standard fare food at this place, and literally, I’m not buying it. Like I always tell my wife when we dine in, «There’s not a drop of olive oil in this entire building.» Everything tastes like it’s cooked and finished with Wesson oil, and the salad dressing comes in tear-open packets. I’ll pay top dollar for a great meal, and I cook great Italian food, and I gotta tell you, the quality of this food ain’t worth the price.

We been eating at Enzo’s for more than 10 years, and the food is great, the people friendly, and the portions so big you take ‘em home and it feeds you for 3 days. Great place.

If Robert Irvine or Gordon Ramsey are short on restaurants to overhaul, I’ve got a top candidate. We had two entrees, each came with a salad. Cons: –booths and tables are sticky, and with crumbs everywhere –the décor is drab 80s/Italian coastline? –the wait staff doesn’t try to be hospitable. Maybe missing a personality or two? –over priced entrees. –salad is still bleak with a packet of dressing ready for you to tear open. –food is clearly canned, frozen, jarred. Nothing is fresh… ok maybe the ice cubes? Or the waitress’s attitude? –everything is full of salt. maybe because you need it to preserve canned food? –made the mistake of eggplant parm. Eggplant is soggy and slippery, sauce is straight from a can. No fake attempts to make it appealing with some fresh herbs??? Nothing? –Portions aren’t «huge». They’re average for fat america. –I have to include overpriced again. $ 16 for an average sized plate of tortellini? That isn’t heaping or fresh or anything to warrant the price. –Almost forgot the bugs everywhere. Flies, gnats, ants. In the food? Not so sure, but we’re not returning to find out. Pros: my date is good looking. Seriously, that’s it. If I closed my eyes, I wouldn’t know if I was in PA or a sbarro’s in times square. The waitress was adamant that the food was fresh and was offended that we didn’t love our meal. Delusion? If it was made fresh, they should be ashamed of themselves. How can you make sauce with no herbs? Nothing. Just tomatoes and salt. If it’s canned, you’re wrong. If it’s homemade, you’re really wrong. This is a lose-lose for the whole family. Bottom line: lazy, dirty and overpriced.

This is your typical local pizza shop. Don’t come here for exceptional pastas, but you can definitely expect HUGE portions. personally, i enjoy getting their cheesesteaks. my main gripe is the limited seating available. if you want a more family oriented place, see my review on Bravo’s 5 minutes away.

My first first review! While visiting from Chicago I dined at Enzo’s with two coworkers — one local and one visitor. This place is definitely a no-frills restaurant. The menu is Italian based, with pastas and pizzas, but is expansive with many other items, including salads, appetizers, hoagies, etc. I went for the Veal in red sauce with provolone cheese. Ran about $ 17 if I remember correctly. This is a TON of food. Comes with a very unimpressive side salad(iceberg, tomato, cucumber, carrots, onions, and my ranch dressing in a tear pack plopped on top of the salad), and also comes with a «side» of pasta, which could probably pass for a full entrée it is so large. Sharing is $ 6, but if you and a buddy aren’t that hungry or don’t eat a lot, or you’re not into left overs, this might be a good option because two people could easily share. BYOB Policy — Which is a plus for some. We brought in wine. I don’t believe we paid a corkage fee. I assume beer is OK as well but not positive. Pepsi fountain products for drinks. Service was mediocre. This is a very tiny and friendly type place. Waitress was fairly nice(especially for greater Phila), but seemed to always want to snatch my items out from under me before I was finished with them, and went for the grab before asking. Overall I was unimpressed. The food was tasty, but not outstanding by any means. It was just very average. From what I hear all their food is great and the locals really love it. Packed on Friday and Saturday nights. Many take-out customers all week. Pizza and all other items are supposed to be good too. The prices may be just a bit high for the quality you’re getting. I would rather see lower prices and less quantity. And the share charge of $ 6 is pretty high for a family oriented place. I agree this is a great place for locals who want a vast menu, decent take-out, and are willing to put up with the very much so no-frills environment. I just can’t get past the ranch packet… so an average 3 start rating I shall give.
