Seriously, if you can smell burnt bread from your car at the drive thru window, it definitely is burnt and should NOT be served to the customer.
The people working this day were goofing off, talking up a storm, ignoring the smell of burning bread, and ignored me when I got to the window at first.
They should’ve made me another sandwich. Instead, they served me burnt food, whistle was gross.

Went to get a couple dozen donuts there yesterday.
They had NOT A SINGLE DONUT at 2 pm in the afternoon. Nada. None. Zilch.
And from what the staff said — this is a regular occurrence!
Seriously, you’re a donut shop, with some add-​on items — but your business name has the word donuts in it.
But don’t worry about us or the people we were planning to treat to donuts — we managed — we found another Dunkin Donuts that manages their inventory better.
Guess what — you might be the closest DD shop to my home, but you’re not going to be my go-​to location.

The best DD in town. Super fast customer service. I was in and out in less then a minute.

The service here is the worst. I didn’t enjoy my coffee because I ordered it incorrectly, so I asked for another one and they had to get the manager. The manager told me pretty much that was too bad, and that I was stuck with the coffee. I tried to get another one, I was apologizing profusely, but they were still mad at me. I am an expert in customer service, and that is not the proper way to handle things. I know this place won’t go out of business because of this bad review and it’s in a perfect location, but maybe some better service next time? This is the second time there, and I want to give them another try, but both times have turned me off to this location.

At 0915 they were already short on inventory?! Couldn’t get my old-​fashioned (plain) donut, nor apple & spice. So had to choose from what seemed like only 8 other varieties they has left. Coffee was hot and fresh atleast.
