Complete Kubota BX22 rebuild.
I ran over a steel cable that wrapped around my trans/​axle housing, got tangled, cinched and crushed the housing.
They basically had to remove the guts of my tractor and re install it into the new housing/​frame.
It’s been about 8 months with no problems not even a drop of oil.
I would definitely bring my tractor back for service.

I’ve dealt with Conway equipment for years. Anything from difficult equipment parts to purchasing new equipment. The sales people are knowledgeable and helpful (not like a High School kid at Lowes or Home Depot). If you need service your professional equipment will be fixed right the first time. This is a professional shop set up to serve pros, but they are polite and friendly to those of us who just use professional equipment.

Listed on Husqvarana’s website as a service provider. Called regarding service. Person answering my call cut me off and told me to call the retailer that sold me the Husqvarana chainsaw. Told him I had a Husqvarna warranty. Again was interrupted and told no. «I can’t. I can’t. I can’t take any more equipment now. Sorry.» Click. This was first thing in the morning. I understand if you’re unable to help, but suggest an altenative instead of being totally rude and dismissive. Will never seek their help again.
