The hotel needs a good overhaul.
Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean but need some fixing.
Small gym and pool.
Very convenient if you have to do business in West Chester.

Nice hotel. Check in was fast and front desk associates were efficient.
There are no microwaves or refrigerators so I called to see if we could get one and we had one delivered to our room within 10 minutes.
Hotel itself appears to be clean and rooms are comfortable. We didn’t hear much noise at all, we’re on the first floor away from the elevators though.
I’m giving 3 stars due to lack of microwave which isn’t that big of a deal but would be nice to have as we are staying 5 nights, one of those things you can get accustom to not having but when you get used to it and travel a lot it’s nice to have. Also, there were several times the room key had to be replaced because it wouldn’t work to get in the building or to get in our room. When I went to get key replaced it was mentioned it may be due to being near my cell phone, good tip because I’ve never had the problem before or gave it any thought.
Update:
Our last day there I needed to do some laundry, I only had about 15 small items to wash and dry but after waiting 2 hours for items to dry I finally called the front desk to see if there was a dryer that actually dried clothes. The gentleman at the front desk told me i could go to a nearby Laundromat or he could send maintenance up to check out the only dryer in the entire hotel.
Maintenance, to my knowledge did not show up.
My husband got back to the hotel and was able to pull the dryer out from the wall and the hose vent was so kinked up its no wonder nothing dried.
So, after a total of 3 hours spent waiting my clothes were finally dry.
Let’s get it together Marriott, it’s not only about a good check in and a clean room. Amenities matter!

Concierge service was amazing with their friendly and attentive hostesses. Julie greets everyone and goes above and beyond to make sure needs are met. She has a huge smile the whole time and endless energy.

The hotel was very nice and so was the front desk/​mgr, but I was not happy to wake up and see a bed bug in my bed next to my face. They kindly comp me my room, but that was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. I won’t be staying there again.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable but no complementary coffee. The hotel is clean and nice but the hallways were warm no air-​conditioning. They ran out of eggs and the breakfast was expensive. This hotel is nice but not like any I have stayed at.

Was recently here for five days. The room was cleaned each day, and during the week I had access to the concierge lounge because of my status. The staff is really cooperative, and all of that. Normally, I would say, this is a Marriott, and leave it at that. But there are several issues. For one, the parking lot is really small for a hotel of this size. It seems like the hotel is too big for the small lot they squeezed it into. Second, the view from my room is, well, the roof of the building next door. As far as I can tell, there is not a decent view to be had: Parking lot, Parking lot, building roof, street and that is it for choices. Third, the lobby is too small. I mean, I like to be able to go to a nice quiet lobby to read, and maybe look at a fountain, or listen to the Mazak, but not an option here. I know there is a conference going on here, and so they booked the lobby for part of their event — I guess, so that means if you are not here for the event, you are completely out of luck. Well, there is the Concierge lounge — but wait, it closes on Friday at noon, and so you are out of luck completely from noon to Sunday evening. When they have a conference that books out the common areas, they should keep the Concierge lounge open for those who would like to have a nice place to go outside of their room. Fourth, they permit smokers to sit right outside of the doors and puff away. This means, that with a conference going on, every I enter the building I have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke. They should move the smokers lounge to somewhere NOT right next to the door. But this, I guess, goes back to having a small lot. I mean, if people want to smoke, that is their business, and they should certainly be permitted to puff away. But, I should also be permitted my right to breath fresh air. Fifth, there is a bad gnat problem right now. I have nearly a dozen bug bites on my legs, arms, and even the end of my nose, from gnats, «no-​see-​ums» or something.
Unfortunately, many of these problems are simply systemic, and there is nothing they can do about them, however, some of the problems could be caught by an alert management. The restaurant, as I mentioned in a previous review, is great, the staff is friendly and efficient, and so these bring my review up to a 3.

Great hotel, friendly staff throughout. We had 5 rooms, for 9 people and none of us experienced any problems ~ only helpful, smiling people that went out of their way to make you feel important. Buffet breakfast was great and they didn’t freak out when we put all 9 of us at one round table that was meant to seat 6. Highly recommend this hotel!

I did a lot of shopping around for venues when I started planning my wedding. The one thing I really liked about the Marriott in Union Center was that it offered a «one stop shop». We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony followed by a cocktail hour, and our reception all in one place. This was great and so convenient for our guests, especially for ones from out of town, they didn’t have to drive all around Cincinnati to different places.
The planning of the event went so smoothly. Adrianne was my event coordinator and she was so detailed with everything (which I loved). She was so flexible with her time in being able to meet my husband and I around our work schedules. There were a couple times I just needed to ask her quick questions and she didn’t care that I texted her. Very very helpful and great piece of mind to have.
One thing that I really thought was great that they did for us is they designed the menu (for rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, and reception dinner) to our tastes and needs. We basically got to create our own dish for both of the dinners. For the rehearsal dinner we did Montgomery Inn style ribs and chicken buffet with sides. My co-​workers STILL talk about how great the reception dinner tasted. We had chicken cordon bleu, but instead of blue cheese it was stuffed with ham, swiss, and cream cheese. Absolutely delicious! We had 135 guests and the Marriott was also able to tend to dietary needs/​restrictions of my guests, which was great.
For both the rehearsal dinner and reception, the staff was phenomenal. Everyone was so attentive and genuinely made us feel like they appreciated our business. Adrianne and the staff were so accommodating to our needs and we are truly grateful the «day of» went off without a hitch. We would definitely recommend this venue for ceremony and/​or reception to anyone looking to get a quality experience that you will remember forever.

From the time they walk you to your elevators and explain the design of the hotel until the time you check out and are greeted by a friendly staff, you feel good that you chose the best hotel in the area. The hotel is very well maintained. The concierge lounge serves high quality food with a great variety. Chicken Parm for the evening and eggs, lox, fruit for breakfast. The fitness center is very modern. Close in proximity to shopping malls and restaurants. I’m glad I made the right choice.

Great room and very pleasant staff. I hosted a meeting in one of the conference rooms and was very impressed.

Good facilities, accommodating staff, good food and easy access to the highway. Went here as part of a work conference. While it was overall a nice hotel, there were definitely areas they could improve upon. First the good stuff — very nice facilities. Rooms were clean, well stocked, never felt like I didn’t have something I needed. The work out room was medium size — about 6 treadmills and some weight equipment, but had no issues being able to use a treadmill. I mean — who works out while you’re on a trip haha. The food from both their restaurant and caters was good, but wasn’t blown away by anything.
So there were some things that I think they can do better. I understand that check in for most hotels isn’t until the evening, I was disappointed my room was not ready upon our early arrival (12 p.m.). Moreover, it wasn’t ready until 4:30 p.m. The reasoning they gave was they were booked full the night before and therefore had more rooms to clean and turnover. They were also kind enough to check my bags so I didn’t have to carry them around. Because I had conference sessions to attend from 12 to 4, this wasn’t a big issue, but something to keep in mind if you arriving early to this hotel.
Last point, I work in the tourism and hospitality industry and I’m not sure why this is still an issue that hotels /​restaurants /​attractions won’t give into in this digital age. Please do not up-​charge to access hotel wifi internet! There is a free lobby wifi, but you cannot access it in your room or in banquet halls without a password. This costs an additional $ 9/​day! What?! **We did receive the password as part of our room rate, and I really hope that is a standard practice. If it is standard practice now, I’d give this hotel 4 stars.

Older hotel building, well kept and well located. Look for deals on their site, if they have any. This is a business hotel.

I’m bummed. I paid 140– actually 360 because i got 2 rooms and they required a 40 deposit– for a room with a very comfortable bed, nice tv but little else.
I’m expecting way more at that price. My mother-​in-​law reminded that the Marriot at Myrtle Beach was more (?!?). Yeah. Perhaps

One of the better Marriott hotels. Lobby, restaurant, and bar are great looking. The rooms are laid out just like other Marriotts but they have a bit of their own flair. For example, the power panel /​video hookup normally off to one side of the desk is positioned front and center for easier access, I personally liked the move.
Ate in the restaurant, Had a NY Strip that was pretty good. And for breakfast, ate very lite so the waitress gave us a break on the price… Outstanding service!

The staff here is amazing. They are the nicest group of people that I have ever met. This place is nothing special and they would get 3 stars but the staff was so nice I gave them 4. Flat screen TVs, fitness room, room service until 11pm, clean rooms and good food in the concierge rooms if your a member of the point system.
There is a Buffalo Wild Wings, Uno’s, Applebee’s and Chipottle in walking distance from the hotel as well.

I photographed a wedding here (reception area) and really loved it! It was very roomy and love the décor!
The staff is extra friendly and food was excellent!
Before making the decision to Savannah Center, consider looking at Cincinnati Marriott. It is just as beautiful and like that fact that if guests drink, after the reception they can stay at the hotel.

Very strange to be in the middle of West Chester, Ohio and find a hotel as good as this. I think this particular Marriott could really train others as an anchor hotel on customer service. I have stayed here twice and both times have blown me away at the level of service I have received.
The concierge lounge is always full of great appetizers, nice host and good drink options.
My only complaint is the main restaurant in the hotel. Both trips, we ate there about 5 times and were pretty grossed out by the food. There were a couple of ok items but the bad outweighed the good. Apparently there is a new chef who used to be the soux chef and he REALLLLY needs some help. For instance: The Parmesan Chicken came out with about 150 capers on it. No joke. A massive pile with the juice that soaked into it. It was like a bottle of salt.
The mussels were in a broth of salt, with cracked shells and pried open which is dangerous. I sent those back. My boss ordered the pizza and it was like a doughey mess, almost like a pie shell. (not pizza pie either)
Things that were good: A great filet if you ask them to withhold the massive glob of salty butter. The house made chips are tasty too. Other than that, eckkk… Go across the street, there are plenty of options in the area.
Back to the hotel now: Friendly, comfortable, spotless and fantastic service. Everyone greeted you and went out of their way to make it an incredible stay.
Would definitely recommend if you are passing thru or there for business.

Wow best service I have ever received. From check in, to the concierge lounge, to the bar staff. All around a great hotel. It was my first time staying here, but the staff seemed to have a regular crowd and they all knew the clients names, drinks, likes… it was like old time customer service.
Rooms were nice.
Marriott and other hotels need to send their staff here to learn customer service.
I have never received such stunning service.

Staying here on business for the whole week and have been continuously amazed at the amazing customer service. All of the employees are very friendly and helpful.
Would highly recommend.
