consistent service. competitive prices. +1 for a friendly manager. chuck runs a well-maintained shop, and he demonstrates an admirable level of patience with his(often ignorant) customers. +1 for never being B.S.‘ed in 4 years. chuck deals directly with most of the customers, and consistently shot straight with me. +1 for taking care of regular customers. chuck has offered some discounts to me without a coupon, and has even performed some(small) services for me for free. +0 for having prices consistent with the market. +1 for prioritizing customers’ jobs who have to wait in-shop for their car to be serviced. +1 for free WiFi in the waiting area. +1 for having coupons available online. for coupons for this location, see +1 for mechanics that take the time to show me the problem(sometimes by taking me to the garage). i’ve been taking my car here consistently for about 4 years, and i’ve built a level of trust for this carx location. this is a busy shop. walk-ins are accepted, but you may be waiting a long time without an appointment(especially on saturdays). i recommend making an appointment for every service(no matter how small). i can’t speak for other carx locations, but this location is recommended.
