Walked into the restaurant and no one was available to serve me. Someone finally came from the back of the restaurant after 5 minutes.

Always fast and right. We grab it to go from here all the time. Place is clean. Food it hot and shakes are great.

I must be cursed at any Arby’s the wait time is crazy no matter where I’ve gone and thus it happens again in a different state. I’m sitting for 10 mins in the drive up. Only one car in front of me and this is silly. Seems like I am too used to «fast» food

This arby’s is THE WORST Arby’s I have ever been too.
I’ve given this place two tries, thinking that they maybe had an off day.
The food both times was not fresh or cooked to order. My fries were so stale tasting and cold that I couldn’t eat them. The bread seemed extremely old as well.
On another occasion my S/​O went without telling me (b/​c if he had told me, I would have advised him not to go) and had a similar experience.
Other Arby’s have never been this bad to me! I just don’t understand.
