Sherman Oil Co

I’m updating my review because I’ve had nothing but problems with this boiler and Sherman. Shortly after having the boiler installed, it shut off. Sherman Oil came out and fixed it. Then a few weeks later, it shut off again. Sherman came out and fixed it. This has happened at least 6 times since and I’m sick of it.
This all culminated a few weeks ago when we went away for the weekend. We came home to a house which was 20 degrees and all of our pipes froze, then burst and now I’m dealing with a major insurance claim.
I’m beyond done with this company and their shotty work.
Finally, when I called the company to speak to a manager, I was met with attitude and no returned call. I just called again, as my furnace is not working, and I hope they have the professionalism to call back this time. Buyer beware!
