Honesty is the most important thing when going to an auto shop. Most auto shops try to milk you for all you’re worth and push sales onto you– not these guys!
The guys at Xpress– Ken and Carlos– are friendly, but more importantly, they’re HONEST. I feel like I can trust them.
They tell you up front what you need to get done today, what may need work in the future, and why. They are very good at explaining the functions of the car and what they can do to prolong the life of your car.
Ken and Carlos are also great at their jobs. They took my car out for a test drive before and after service to ensure that they fixed the problem (a rumbling when I hit the brakes)
I was impressed by Xpress’ honesty, service, customer focus, and thoroughness!
