Customer beware! Monty’s cannot be trusted. I brought my Harley into the shop for a rear tire change and handle bar swap. Shop told me it would cost over $ 1000 for everything. I told them not to do it and they tried to charge me storage fees for the time it was there. In addition, they charged me for an estimate fee; I never asked for an estimate, I asked them to let me know if the bike needed anything in addition to handlebars and rear tire. They changed the tire and then when I wanted to take the bike back they would not let me, saying the handlebars were too unsafe and needed to be changed out. A few of my boys went down to the shop and took the bike out of there but it still cost me $ 500 and I brought my own tire in. Bike was not running the same as when I brought in it there, not sure what they did. Stay away from this place, they have no respect and will take advantage of you! There is no point of continuing to argue with these people. I will be filing a case with the attorney general’s office and the better business bureau tomorrow!

I am back again with another helpful review. As a fellow Harley owner, we have a hard time finding a place that we can trust for good service and price. Well I am here to tell you that I found a place. I had the miss fortune of getting rear ended on my bike in July. I was worried about finding a place for proper estimate. I drove to Monty’s spoke to Sean in charge of service. He was nice enough to give me a printed estimate. I went to my insurance company with it and the bike on a Thursday. Well to my surprise. I was paid in full that following Tuesday for all the damages. I ordered all my parts. Perfect paint match for my 2001 Electra Glide. They also did some other well needed repairs. My bike was so clean when I picked it up, I could not believe it was my bike. When I need service I will return. A+++++. Rich P.
