Do not use this company. Poor workmanship to say the least! Concrete cracked everywhere for pool patio, didn’t use rebar. Electric not to code, didn’t get a permit despite me telling them several times they needed a permit. No grounding with electrical done, and had to hire a new electrician to redo everything up to code. Didn’t put sand under liner, hence rocks are pushing through liner. Concrete against coping very sloppy and all chipping. Tried contacting them several times to fix, never showed. Had to hire an attorney as he violated several mass general laws with his contract, etc. Worst pool company!

Save yourself a headache and do not use this company. Unprofessional, terrible communication. Told us we were going to receive certain products with our new pool and conveniently left them out of the contract. Almost 10 months since contract for pool installation was signed and job is still not completed even though they have been paid. Owner will tell you that they are coming to fix problems and finish job and never show up. Poor quality of work (stairs leaking and side of pool sinking)
